Designed for the Inogen One G4 Portable Oxygen Concentrator, the G4 Single Battery empowers you to stay active and independent. With a battery runtime of 2.7 hours on a full charge, this FAA-approved lithium-ion battery is perfect for running errands, exploring new places, or simply enjoying time with loved ones. The G4 Single Battery also acts as a backup power supply when there’s a loss of AC or DC power to the Inogen One G4 Portable Oxygen Concentrator. 

The Inogen One G4 Single Battery can be charged while attached to the G4 concentrator using the G4 AC Power Supply or G4 DC Power Adapter. The battery can also be charged separately using the G4 External Battery Charger. The G4 Single Battery will even charge as the concentrator is in use, ensuring uninterrupted oxygen therapy. Fully charge the battery in up to 3 hours and enjoy your active lifestyle without limitations. 

Battery Duration

Battery duration listed below are approximate values. Battery duration is affected by a number of factors including operating temperature, battery age, altitude etc. 
 
Setting 1: 2 hours 40 minutes
Setting 2: 2 hours 15 minutes
Setting 3: 1 hours 20 minutes

Battery Life Indicator

To check the remaining battery life, simply press the green battery icon button and wait for the LED indicators to light up. The number of illuminated LEDs will tell you the amount of battery charge available:

4 LEDs: 75% to 100%
3 LEDs: 50% to 75%
2 LEDs: 25% to 50%
1 LED: 10% to 25%
1 blinking LED: Less than 10%. The battery needs to be recharged.

Usage Instructions

Power off the concentrator before replacing the battery. Then press and hold the battery latch button and slide the battery off from the bottom of your Inogen One G4 concentrator. Slide the new battery into place until the battery latch button returns to its original position with a click. 

Note: When charging a fully depleted battery, the charging process may start and pause for the first few minutes.

Battery Care Information

To extend the runtime of the battery, avoid running the Inogen One G4 in temperatures below 41°F (5°C) or higher than 95°F (35°C) for prolonged periods. 

Store the G4 Single Battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. For optimal battery health, please do not store the battery with less than 40-50% charge. If you have more than one G4 battery, rotate the use of each battery regularly and avoid leaving batteries idle for more than 90 days at a time.
