Purchasing a mask can be one of the most difficult parts of the buying process. With our 30-day exchange policy, you can buy any CPAP mask, and if the style, size, or overall comfort are wrong, you can exchange the mask for a different one!
* You can exchange your mask within a 30-day period, one time only within 6-months
- Get in touch with customer service at 866-936-3754 to discuss your exchange
- If your mask is unopened, we can either refund you or provide you store credit which can be used for any items in our store!
- We do not refund shipping or provide return labels
- When returning masks, please insert all cushions, headgears and accessories
- Return package must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
- RespShop reserves the right to refuse returns from customers at our discretion
