With our 30 day return policy, you can buy any CPAP mask, and if the style, size, or overall comfort are wrong, you can return the mask for a refund or as part of an exchange for a different CPAP mask. You can use our worry free program to help you find the best size and style of mask that will maximize the effectiveness of your sleep apnea therapy.

If you are a first time purchaser trying to find the best mask for you, please get in touch with our customer service department and check out any available fitting guides to ensure that you have the correct size when choosing a mask. Our 30 day return policy will allow you rest easy with your purchasing decisions.

Your comfort is the most important part of your therapy, thatís why we carry the best masks from the leading manufacturers in the industry. With our 30 day return policy, you can sleep worry free knowing that if your mask is uncomfortable, doesnít fit, or ineffective for your needs, you can return the mask for a refund or exchange!

Please note the following before deciding on whether or not to your return your mask:

  • All masks purchased at RespShop are available to be returned
  • Get in touch with customer service at 866-936-3754 to request an RMA form for return authorization
  • When returning masks, please insert all cushions, headgears, accessories and all other items that came with original purchase
  • Refunds and or exchanges cannot be processed until RespShop receives the returned products
  • Returned products cannot be resold and used CPAP masks cannot be purchased from RespShop.com
  • Customers who return a mask will be charged a 15 percent processing fee off of their refund or exchange
  • Returning masks can get a refund for original price minus 15 percent processing fee, or use that refund (after deducted 15% processing fee) towards the purchase of a different CPAP mask
  • Shipping charges with original purchases are not refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of any mask bought at RespShop.com
  • Return package must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
  • RespShop will not take back masks that have been opened and worn after that 30 day period
  • RespShop reserves the right to refuse returns from customers at our discretion
