Rest peacefully with our 30 day worry free return for select CPAP masks. Purchasing a mask can be one of the most difficult parts of the buying process. With our 30 day return policy, you can buy select CPAP masks from our top manufacturers, and if the style, size, or overall comfort is wrong, you can return the mask and have the 85% of the mask value as store credit. There will be NO CASH REFUNDED as part of this program. Instead points will be added to your RespShop account for future purchases. Each customer is allowed to have one mask trial per 365 days. You can use our worry free program to help you find the best size and style of mask that will maximize the effectiveness of your sleep apnea therapy.

Our 30 day return policy will allow you rest easy with your purchasing decisions.

With our 30 day return policy, you can sleep worry free knowing that if your mask is uncomfortable, doesn't fit, or ineffective for your needs, you can return the mask for a new mask or anything else we sell!
Please note the following before deciding on whether or not return your mask:
- Select masks are available for the 30 day program. Please look for the 30 day program Logo to know if your mask qualifies!
- Only one mask per customer can be returned for each 365 days period
- Get in touch with customer service at 866-936-3754 to request an RMA form for return authorization
- When returning masks, please insert all cushions, headgears, accessories and all other items that came with original purchase
- Customers who return a mask will be charged a 15% processing fee
- 85% refund to store credit cannot be processed until RespShop receives the returned products
- Store credit can be used towards any items sold by Respshop.com
- Store credit expires in 365 days
- No cash refund
- Shipping charges with original purchases are not refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of any mask bought at RespShop.com
- Return package must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
- RespShop will not take back masks that have been opened and worn after that 30 day period
- RespShop reserves the right to refuse returns from customers at our discretion
