Rest peacefully with our 30 day worry free return for select CPAP masks. Purchasing a mask can be one of the most difficult parts of the buying process. With our 30 day return for exchange policy, you can buy select CPAP masks from our top manufacturers, and if the style, size, or overall comfort is wrong, you can return the mask as part of an exchange for a different CPAP mask that is of equal or lesser value. There will be NO CASH REFUNDED as part of this program. Instead points will be added to your RespShop account for future purchases. Each customer is allowed to exchange one mask. Masks can be exchanged for a mask of equal cost or for a mask that is of lesser value. The difference of the exchange will be converted to points and added to your account. For a mask that is of more value than your original purchase, you will pay the difference in cost. You can use our worry free program to help you find the best size and style of mask that will maximize the effectiveness of your sleep apnea therapy.

With our 30 day return policy, you can sleep worry free knowing that if your mask is uncomfortable, doesnít fit, or ineffective for your needs, you can return the mask for an exchange!
Please note the following before deciding on whether or not exchange your mask:
- Select masks are available for the 30 day program. Please look for the 30 day program Logo to know if your mask qualifies!
- Only one mask per customer can be returned as an exchange
- Get in touch with customer service at 866-936-3754 to request an RMA form for return authorization
- When returning masks, please insert all cushions, headgears, accessories and all other items that came with original purchase
- Exchanges cannot be processed until RespShop receives the returned products
- Returned products cannot be resold from RespShop.com
- Customers who return a mask will be charged a 15 percent processing fee off of their exchange
- Returning masks can be exchanged for another CPAP mask of equal or lesser value after a 15 percent processing fee is applied. If you purchase a 100 dollar mask you will have 85 dollars of available credit to be applied to a new mask.
- Customers will have 1 year to use the acquired points from their exchange to use towards a new mask
- Shipping charges with original purchases are not refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of any mask bought at RespShop.com
- Return package must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
- RespShop will not take back masks that have been opened and worn after that 30 day period
- RespShop reserves the right to refuse returns from customers at our discretion
