AirFit F10 Full Face CPAP Mask by ResMed
Lightweight and easy to fit, the ResMed AirFit F10 Full Face Mask boasts a minimalist design that’s perfect for first-time CPAP users.
It comes with soft, padded wraps for gentler skin contact and comprises only four parts, making it easy to disassemble and maintain.
Featuring Spring Air cushion technology, the AirFit F10 offers the best in both comfort and proven performance. The dual-wall cushion inflates while you breathe, giving you an active, leak-free seal that moves with you.
For enhanced stability with less bulk, the lightweight Spring frame provides support while offering a clear line of sight.
With the AirFit F10, both you and your partner can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The circular ventilation port consists of multiple small holes, which are spread out and angled to gently direct exhaled air away and reduce noise.
Compatible with CPAP and BiPAP machines from all manufacturers. AirMini users will need an AirMini Tubing Connector Adapter and a non-heated hose to use this mask.
How do I clean my ResMed AirFit F10 Full Face Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, soft sleeves (if using)
Daily cleaning: frame, cushion, elbow
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
- Scrub the vent holes on the elbow with a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
- Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.
How often should I replace my AirFit F10 Full Face Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
My AirFit F10 mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose and mouth.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirFit F10 mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion or headgear size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask
