ResMed P30i Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
ResMed's first-ever nasal pillow mask with a top-of-the-head hose connection, the P30i Nasal Pillow Mask offers maximum freedom and flexibility for effective sleep apnea therapy.
When the front of the mask is buried in a pillow, exhaled air flows out of the vent ports on the elbow connector. Combined with the tube-up design, the P30i lets you sleep in any sleeping position, whether on your back or stomach.
The 360° rotating elbow keeps the CPAP hose out of the way and the mask in place as you toss and turn. Quick-release side buttons let you get up without removing the entire mask.
Featuring a SpringFit Frame (hollow frame) with ribbed, accordion-style design, headgear straps with soft wraps, and multiple sizing options, the AirFit P30i provides an accurate and comfortable fit. The dual-wall nasal pillows insert gently into your nostrils for optimal comfort.
What’s more, the same frame is compatible with all sizes of P30i nasal pillows and N30i nasal cradle cushions, so you can easily choose a mask that fits your lifestyle.

How do I clean my AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, swivel elbow, frame
Daily cleaning: cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
- Scrub the vent holes on the elbow and nasal pillow cushion with a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear and frame sleeves.
- Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight.
Can I use a different type of cushion with the AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask?
Yes, the AirFit P30i is also compatible with the AirFit N30i nasal cushion. This allows you to choose between a nasal pillow mask and a nasal mask for maximum comfort.
Is the AirFit P30i a good choice for users with facial hair?
The AirFit P30i is a good fit for users with facial hair because the nasal pillow cushion rests under the nose, away from most facial hair. The mask's minimal contact design also reduces the impact of facial hair on the seal.
However, keeping facial hair trimmed will always help improve comfort and fit for any mask.
My AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirFit P30i mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.
How often should I replace my AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
