Pressure Relief during Exhalation
Replicating a normal breathing pattern, the pressure relief function stops incoming air on an exhale, resuming again on inhale in order to provide maximum comfort.

User Friendly PC Software
PC only software comes with every Transcend Auto Travel CPAP with EZEX Pressure Relieve in order to provide users the ability to transfer, analyze and store their data on any PC for personal or physician use.

Optional Heated Humidifier or Waterless Humidifier
RespShop.com has two separate options available for attachable humidifiers for the Transcend Auto EZEX CPAP. The heated humidifier comes with a dishwasher safe water chamber, but a Waterless humidifier is also available for purchase. Both Transcend CPAP humidifier options are sold separately.

This Transcend Auto CPAP used with a humdifier will add enough size to the machine and cause it to be similar to size of your standard home CPAP machine.

Do I need to do a sleep study to know what settings I should have my Transcend set to?
The automatic function on the Transcend Auto CPAP will change your pressure settings on every breath adjusting to your pressure needs and saving the data so that you can view your information each morning after use.

I am used to having a humidifier with my CPAP, are there options available for this machine?
Yes, RespShop.com has two different options that are available separately so that you can continue to use a humidifier. While neither of the humidifiers come with the original purchase, you can choose between a heated humidifier or a waterless humidifier depending on your personal preferences.

Can I charge the battery pack while it is connected to my Transcend?
Yes, the Transcend EZEX battery can be recharged with the AC power supply or mobile power adaptor while delivering therapy. The Portable Solar Battery Charger will also recharge Transcend batteries, but it cannot be used during therapy.

Comparison
The Transcend Auto EZEX CPAP is the automatic version of the Transcend EZEX CPAP . Both provide new features and are an upgrade for the Transcend II Travel CPAP.

Q. Does the transcend auto mean that the pressures go from 4 through 20.
I bought mine in 2016. Also is there supposed to be a chip within the slot on the side?
The reason for all the questions is that my Phillips Dream Station has been recalled and at the moment I am using my travel machine. Thanks. Jane Panitz

A. Auto means the machine provides pressure between those min and max settings. No SD card ability with this machine.

I used the machine for the first time whilst away for a three night holiday. It worked perfectly fine. The other CPAP I own incorporates a humidifier however I did not purchase one with this travel machine and there were no issues that arose for me. Best feature is the size which allowed for easy packing and set up as it is cumbersome to lug around the other.

Bought this machine for my mother who has sleep apnea and like to travel with her friends, we had uploaded the transcend software on our pc at home, so we can just connect the transcend device to our pc and make any necessary changes its that simple. We also purchased the multi night battery with her device just in case we have a power outage we don't have to worry about her not getting a goodnight sleep. Having the heated humidifier is an a plus for her she can use any mask. Thanks to your customer service for being patient helping us set her machine.

Purchased this auto cpap machine for traveling, since I do a lot of travel in my line of work. My laptop has the Transcend software loaded, so if I need to adjust my pressure settings, just connect my Transcend machine to my laptop and make the changes there, easy as pie. The heated humidifier allows me to use any mask I have because the tubing is made standard now; no need for a ring adapter for certain mask like the first Transcend machine. It is an auto cpap, so I can use either in the cpap mode or auto mode. One for the price of two!

Customer service was great in helping me choosing the right machine for my needs. I had many questions, and the person helping me was very nice and efficient. He walked me through installing the software and how to set-up my pressure settings.

I would recommend this machine to anyone, especially those who travels a lot.

Ok only bad part is it was weird to set up because you cant do it on the machine, you have to do it on your computer. I saw the base station that allows you to do it but I didnt know when I first bought. However once its set up its really great and really small and travels well. Good job. Like it.

Ok, I needed a travel machine after leaving my machine at home. I was able to get this next day air, which was awesome. Best parts about this machine - small, has the pressure relief like my resmed one, really quiet, and its auto.

Was going to give it 4 stars because it doesnt have the screen that allows me to read my information, which wasnt important for that initial trip, but I travel a lot so I use it frequently. I was able to buy that other station thing that does have an lcd screen so I can adjust my settings and also read my information. Kind of sucks I had to spend a little extra money but this machine is worth it for travel, so much easier than my resmed. Overall 5 stars because I can buy the lcd!

I purchased this machine for my husband because we do a lot of travelling and this machine is very light super travel friendly. He was able to upload the transcend software on his laptop and pc at home where it made it convenient and easy for him to make the changes needed at any time. And with this device it comes with universal battery outlet for international travels which we do every once in a while. With this device you have the option of purchasing either the heated humidifier or the waterless which he has both because he likes to go camping too and sometimes water isn't available, the only thing with waterless he can only use certain mask unlike the heated humidifier its compatible with all types of mask.

I purchased a Transcend CPAP last Winter specifically because the power fails due to wind storms in the Seattle area frequently in Winter. Since I desaturate to as low as 60% I am at mortal risk if the power fails. The Transcend with continual battery backup seemed like a good fit. I purchased the machine with the large Li-Ion battery pack (BAT8). It arrived shortly before the first storm last Winter, and functioned as advertised.. GREAT. I however should have paid more attention to the single INDICATOR LIGHT and the small print on the Destructions that came with the Battery Pack. I immediately had one problem. After a Power Failure, although the Battery functioned as expected, It continued to discharge even after the Power came back on... until empty. Then, I could not use the machine until it fully RECHARGED, which took nearly12 hours. It was a mild Winter last year, and we only had one power failure. Fast forward to just a few days ago, a year later. The power failed shortly after I went to bed. Thankfully I was not yet fully asleep, or I would not be here to relay this warning. The Battery Pack DID NOT WORK AT ALL. IT WAS DEAD AS A DOORNAIL. The indicator light was lit... BRIGHT RED.... When you first plug it in, it is YELLOW. However, unknown to me, it should have been GREEN... I don't think I ever saw it GREEN even when it worked properly a year ago.. But since I have had 4 strokes and my short term memory sucks, I don' know,and I sure as hell can't find any destrudctions they sent with the unit that tell me. .. at least in print large enough that I could read it. Ten years ago I purchased a Li-Ion battery pack for traveling that I had to jury rig to my old CPAP machine. It is about 4 times the size of this TRANSCEND battery pack, but the damn thing still works 10 years later as well as it did when I bought it 10 years ago, and IT DIDN"T COSAT AN ARM AND A LEG.. AND IS A MUCH LARGER CAPACITY AS WELL. This is a PEACE OF OVER PRICED SHIT.. That their WARRENTY IS LESS THAN A YEAR TELLS IT ALL. STAY CLEAR OF TRANSCEND EQUIPMENT. IT IS CRAP. When I called them, they offered to CHECK IT OUT TO SEE IF IT FAILED. I"M ADMANED ELECTRONICCS ENGINEER. I DON"T NEED SOMEBODY TO TELL ME IT DOESN"T WORK. WHAT CRAPOLA !!!
