AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask by ResMed
Experience CPAP comfort like never before with ResMed’s first-ever nasal mask with a memory foam cushion — the AirTouch N20. As one of the softest nasal masks on the market, the UltraSoft cushion creates a gentle adaptive seal while preventing skin irritation, taking CPAP comfort to a whole new level.
For a better fit, the plush headgear can be adjusted using its top and bottom Velcro straps. Once you get the fit right, there’s no need to readjust your mask every night — all you need to do is slip it on and clasp the magnetic clips* onto the frame.
Need to get up for a midnight bathroom break? Just pinch the tabs on the tubing elbow to quickly detach the mask from your machine.
Best of all, the AirTouch N20 is also available in a “For Her” version, made to meet the needs of female CPAP users. Featuring a smaller headgear and a small cushion, the AirTouch N20 For Her ensures a comfortable fit for smaller faces.
*According to ResMed, CPAP masks with magnets should be kept at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from metallic implants/medical devices. Failure to do so can lead to malfunction of the implant/medical device. Learn more about the ResMed CPAP Masks with Magnets Safety Update.
Compatible with CPAP and BiPAP machines from all manufacturers. AirMini users will need the AirMini N20 Setup Pack to connect the AirTouch N20 mask to their machine.
What is the difference between the AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 Nasal Masks?
The AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 are essentially the same mask with one major difference — the cushion. The AirFit N20 features a silicone nasal cushion while the AirTouch N20 features a memory foam cushion. All other mask parts (headgear, frame, short tubing with elbow, magnetic clips) are the same.
How do I clean my AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, frame
Daily cleaning: short tubing, elbow
As needed: AirTouch N20 cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Hand wash all parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than ten minutes.
- Use a soft bristle brush to clean the parts, paying special attention to the vent holes on the elbow.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water and squeeze excess water out of the headgear.
- Let the mask components air dry completely out of direct sunlight.
Your AirTouch N20 cushion can be cleaned with CPAP mask wipes or similar alcohol-free wipes on an as needed basis. Submerging the memory foam cushion in water will damage the material and affect cushion performance.
How often should I replace my AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months. However, for best performance, the memory foam cushion should be replaced more frequently, ideally every month.
My AirTouch N20 is leaking? What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirTouch N20 according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.
