How do I clean my AirTouch F30i Full Face Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, frame, elbow
Daily cleaning: cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
- Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean the holes in the cushion and elbow.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
- Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.
How often should I replace my AirTouch F30i mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
My AirTouch F30i Full Face Mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably under your nose and around your mouth.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirFit F30i mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion or frame size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.

First, kudos to RespShop for being so great to work with. I am new to CPAP so have been working through different types of masks to find the ones that fit me best. I have settled in on the type that have the air coming in from the top, and the types that are all silicone (AirFit - not AirTouch). The two that are at the top of my list are the AirFit F30i Full Face and the AirFit N30i.
I am basically a nose breather but find myself on my back and waking up with a very dry mouth on occasion so know I am breathing though my mouth at times. Out of all the full face masks I have zeroed in on the AirFit F30i as being the most comfortable, quietest, easiest to wear, and easiest to get a good seal. Granted everyone is different. I also use the N30i and use a chin strap. At this point I don't have a strong preference between these two masks, but for me, they are the best out there.

Only been using it for a few nights but so far so good! I have a reasonably long beard, over an inch, so I’ve used the f20 with memory foam for years. Thought I’d give this a try because the f20 mask are somewhat cumbersome. Really glad I can get a good seal with this so far!

As the title says, this mask is a game changer. Switched from a full face Quattro mask and when I wake up in the morning no more red marks on my face. No fighting with my hose during the night. I tried this after no luck with the n30i variations. The full face mask is more comfortable than just the nose. The touch material is nice. I can still mainly breath through my nose, but have the option of using my mouth. Plus I'm able to roll to each side easily with the connection on the head.
