How do I clean my ResMed AirFit F10 Full Face Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear, soft sleeves (if using)

Daily cleaning: frame, cushion, elbow

Disassemble the mask.
Soak the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
Scrub the vent holes on the elbow with a soft bristle brush.
Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.

How often should I replace my AirFit F10 Full Face Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

My AirFit F10 mask is leaking. What should I do?

Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose and mouth.
Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
Ensure you're wearing your AirFit F10 mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
Adjust your headgear as necessary.
Try a larger or smaller cushion or headgear size.
Replace any worn out mask parts.

I was happy to find a direct replacement for my resmed f10 bypass machine.
It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.

I've used this mask for a good amount of time now, occasionally ordering a new one when everything gets too worn. It's served me very well and I've slept well for many years. Would recommend, even if it's not the newest or flashiest model.

This mask has been my staple for a few years now, it’s definitely an older model. However, it still holds up well and I haven’t had a reason to swap. I do make sure to order new cushions intermittently to maintain a fit but otherwise I haven’t had to change anything. I do have two slight complaints about the mask that weren’t a problem for me, but could be a problem for others.

The good: The harness is lightweight, the material is soft and breathable so it feels comfortable sitting on my head. Plenty of adjustment points so it wasn’t any issue finding a good fit. More importantly, the cushion is large and supple. It definitely covers a good portion of the face but I think that helps to spread the force out over a greater surface area. The manufacturer says they use “Spring Air” technology to help get a good seal. I can’t attest to how much of that is real science but I definitely do get a good seal from the cushion. Overall, a lot of strengths in all the right areas.

The bad: Only two short notes. One, the upper check straps are made of a silicone rather than fabric. It doesn’t bother me but I imagine some users might find it uncomfortable. Two, as mentioned, the cushion is very large and sits very high on the nose. For any glasses users, this means your glasses sit very high which could be an issue for bifocal or trifocal users.

All in all, the two complaints I had are fairly situational. For me, they weren’t an issue at all. As such, I have no qualms giving the F10 full marks.

The mask works perfectly. Adjustment is easy to perform and a good fit is easy to achieve.

I like this one alot but wish it was cheaper. I like the payment plan on you guys have.
