How do I clean my Solo Pillows CPAP Mask?
Daily cleaning: nasal pillows cushion, frame, short tube, swivel
Weekly cleaning: headgear
- Disassemble the mask prior to cleaning. Please refer to the user guide or the myMask app for help with disassembly.
- Wash the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than 10 minutes and don’t extend the headgear while wet.
- Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight.
My F&P Solo Pillows Mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably under your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your Solo Pillows Mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide or the F&P myMask app. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
Is the F&P Solo Nasal Pillow Mask also available as a nasal cushion mask?

How often should I replace my Solo Pillows Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

I have tried "hundred" different types of CPAP masks. Most of them I have used had leaking and had issues with moving around while sleeping. I decided I had enough and started deep researching for one that would not leak. Yes seems so impossible but I am not giving up easily. I knew there is one out there somewhere waiting for me!
Took me a while before I finally the one and have been using it ever since August!! It's called Fisher & Paykel | Solo Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask. I have MyAir app that I can look up my sleep history and leaking/events info on MyAir. After I use the new product it shows that I never had leaking issues and having much less events daily seriously!! This solo nasal pillow mask really works fits in my nose perfectly very thin not too thick. I'm not going o look around anymore because I have found the one!! I'm still happy with it. Highly Recommended you won't be disappointed.

I finally found a mask that is comfortable and enables me to achieve a score of 100 most nights. I didn’t think I would like the hose coming out so close to my mouth, but it really doesn’t bother me. It is amazing how the cushion effortlessly seems to fit in the right place and provide a quiet easy stream of air all night. I’m so glad that I took a chance on this mask.

Hands down the most comfortable and barely there feeling mask. Does not dig in, moves easily with you as you sleep as I am, someone who tosses and turns at night, I’ve tried many other ones and I still come back to this one.

Well I was very curious about trying this mask. I’ve read reviews that it tightens by itself if you sleep on your side with your face pressed against a pillow making it very uncomfortable. So far I must say that hasn’t happened to me and I find the pillow cushion comfortable and easy to exhale. My disappointment is the headgear itself. It’s a one size fits all that I think should have been put a little more thought into it. The face straps and head strap fit above my ears which is nice but the straps on my face are way too close to my eyes. There’s really nothing you can do to fix this unless they offer an adjustable top head strap. I really don’t find it too noisy and the leaks were minimal.

Well, I was a bit hesitant to try this mask out because of some negative reviews but why not. I’m always looking for minimalistic CPAP masks because if my issues with claustrophobia. What I liked, the pillow cushion to me was very comfortable. It felt fine and was able to exhale into it with no problems. The automatic tightening and loosening feature also worked well. I’ve read complaints that it tightened by itself if you slept on your side causing discomfort. In the three nights that I tried it was never a problem. What I didn’t like and maybe the dealbreaker. The straps across my face were very, very close to my eyes. At one point turning the night they were over my eyes. I was using the medium size pillows because they fit the best. I tried different ways of putting the mask on and tried adjusting it anyway possible but nothing changed. If maybe there was an adjustment on top that would have helped. One size fits all? Nope!

Love the idea of the self tightening harness and it works great to help stop air leakage. Did not over tighten itself in my case, and did not leak air like other masks have done. My complaint is that it slips off your head very easily during the night. The yellow material is really slick and seems to offer no grip to keep the harness in place on the back of your head. Love the idea…but needs improvements!

Fisher & Paykel have done it again! The auto adjusting headgear takes all the fuss out of putting on my mask and constant re adjusting it. Other nasal pillow masks I have used just don't hold the cushion in place like the Solo. What a treat to not have any clips or magnets to deal with too. I love that the fit pack is offered so I didn't have to worry about sizing and it is priced the same. This is an easy, comfortable mask that I would recommend to everyone.
