How do I clean my DreamWear Nasal Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, fabric sleeves
Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, elbow

- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water.
- Air-dry all parts away from direct sunlight. Lay the headgear and fabric sleeves flat to dry, or you can hang them to dry.
What is the difference between the new DreamWear Nasal Mask with Headgear Arms and the original DreamWear Nasal Mask?
Simply put, it's the headgear. The new Headgear with Arms boasts an improved design to minimize mask movement while you sleep. The good news is, the actual mask itself – the nasal cushions and frame – remains the same as the original DreamWear.

What other cushions are compatible with the DreamWear Nasal Mask?
The DreamWear Nasal Mask features a modular frame, allowing you to switch between different cushion types for comfort and preference. Compatible options include the DreamWear silicone nasal pillow cushion, and the DreamWear full face cushion*.
*When using the full face cushion, you'll also need the DreamWear Full Face Mask Headgear (sold separately).
How do I find the size of my DreamWear Nasal Mask?
Cushion Size: Look for the size indicator on the front of the cushion, near the arrow that points to the connection point with the frame.
Frame Size: The frame size is stamped on the top of the frame, close to where it connects to the elbow swivel.
How often should I replace my DreamWear Nasal Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

I have been using the Philips DreamWear Nasal CPAP mask with the headgear arms and it has been a solid experience overall. The top of head hose connection is a big improvement over traditional front facing masks. It keeps the tubing out of the way and makes it much easier to change positions during the night without feeling tangled or pulled.
The nasal cushion is comfortable and lightweight, and it does not feel bulky on my face. I tend to move around in my sleep and this mask stays in place better than others I have tried. I have tried 5 different brands of nasal masks, and this is the best and most comfortable under the nose cushion mask of them all. The design is simplistic enough to feel comfortable without magnetic clips and too many strap adjustments and can sleep on my side without a massive air leak

I’ve tried 4 other masks and this is my favorite so far. It could use a couple tweaks. Large headgear too big but the med. Is still a little big. Am afraid to order small. And I wish there was some padding on the scalp side where the hose connects.

The connection at the top of the mask leaks.
I really do like the mask and it would work for me but the connection at the top leaks air all around the tube, I have reconnected it but it is simply a poor fit.

I've used this version for several years, though mostly with the not discontinued all fabric band for headgear. I've only recently started using the fabric headgear with arm, which I have adjusted to better than expected. For me, it fits my face and head well, so air leaks are very rare. It is easy to clean and dries out quickly. I use the fabric mask and tubing covers which helps too.
