ResMed P30i Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
ResMed’s first-ever nasal pillow mask with a top-of-the-head connection, the P30i Nasal Pillow Mask offers maximum freedom and flexibility.
When the front of the mask is buried in a pillow, exhaled carbon dioxide flows out of the vent ports on the elbow connector. Combining this feature with the tube-up design, the P30i lets you sleep the way you want — whether it’s on your back or stomach.
For more sleeping freedom, the 360° rotating elbow keeps the hose out of the way and the mask in place as you toss and turn. It also comes with quick-release side buttons, so you can get up without removing the entire mask.
Featuring a SpringFit Frame with a ribbed, accordion-style design, headgear straps with soft sleeves, and multiple sizing options, the AirFit P30i provides an accurate and comfortable fit.
What’s more, the frame is compatible with all sizes of P30i nasal pillows and N30i nasal cradle cushions, so you can easily choose a mask that fits your lifestyle.
Daily cleaning: cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
- Scrub the vent holes on the elbow and nasal pillow cushion with a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear and frame sleeves.
- Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight.
However, keeping facial hair trimmed will always help improve comfort and fit for any mask.
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirFit P30i mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

best I ever had! Perfect for side sleep! Ordering my second one
The answer to my problem. After trying several this one works. Fits well.
The ResMed AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask is exceptional. Its top-of-the-head tube design offers remarkable freedom of movement and makes it perfect for various sleeping positions. The nasal pillows are incredibly comfortable and provide a secure fit with minimal leakage. It's quiet, lightweight, and the minimalistic design ensures an unobtrusive sleep experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable CPAP mask.
Good fit and seal. Did have some nasal irritation but overall happy with it.
This is my 3rd purchase of the P30i.
For some reason I always come back to it after trying other masks, it's very comfortable and quiet. The headgear and frame lasts a long time and you just have to replace the nose pieces every so often.
Through much practice I've been able to keep my mouth closed during the night. The only problem that I have is likely due to my anatomy.
There is a less pliable silicone support just inside of where the pillows touch your nostrils. That can irritate my nostril depending on how I'm sleeping. The Dreamwear pillows are constructed slightly differently and I don't have the same problem with them.
Very comfortable headgear. Stays in place throughout the night. The air supply tubing connected at the top of the head makes for easy, comfortable sleeping.
I just recently switched over from a full face mask to this. I highly recommend it. It is very comfortable light on your nose with little pressure to your head. Well constructed unit shipping was fast.
Today marks the fourth delightful day of me stepping into the world of this head-mounted nasal pillow. I must raise my voice and proclaim that it unequivocally surpasses all other brands I’ve experienced before, offering an unparalleled level of comfort. Whether I’m lying on my back or side, supreme comfort is consistently maintained. The meticulous design around the nose fits exquisitely, without the slightest pressure, allowing me to breathe freely. The integrated protection for the cheek area ensures that I don’t have to worry about the discomfort from the gel, everything is just perfect.
I must also extol my shopping experience at RespShop, which was unprecedentedly enjoyable. In the past, it was challenging to receive effective advice when purchasing CPAP consumables elsewhere. However, fortune smiled upon me last week while I was touring in Seattle; I had forgotten my original nasal pillow but stumbled upon RespShop. I easily placed an order online and, within a mere thirty minutes, I collected my urgently needed nasal pillow in the store! The plethora of mask styles in their shop captivated me. Under the warm recommendation of the store staff, I was fortunate to experience the AirFit P30i. From that moment, I was utterly enchanted by this nasal pillow, which introduced me to a new level of comfort and ease.
Hence, to anyone in need of CPAP products, I would recommend AirFit P30i and RespShop without the slightest hesitation. Trust me, this will be your most excellent shopping experience!
This is a great mask. I had the dreamwear nasal fusilli on but it was leaking when the pressure went up to 10. So I got this for a tighter seal and it worked! Thanks Respshop for helping me solve this issue.
Very confortable, and perfect adjustment in your face and head, I liked it
This is the first mask that I slept comfortably with. Not a lot of leakage and I'm not swallowing a lot of air. And I don't have to take it off 2 or 3 times a night. Great Mask
I thought it was going to be difficult to get use to this type of mask. I found it to be exactly the opposite. Very comfortable, provides great air flow. I thought laying on my sides would be problematic, no once I set it properly, not too tight or loose it was great. My only issue is my jaw tends to relax too much when I am in a deep sleep, I am having some difficulty finding a chin strap that supports my jaw without causing jaw problems. I have tried many, none returnable, that is an expense I would like to recoup, but we know that won't happen. I will continue that search, but using this mask no matter what. I did enough research to know using a gel around the nose it encouraged, so I started with the gel from the onset. I have no issues because of that, and I have VERY sensitive skin. No adhesives at all, ace bandages can even cause my skin to blister. I love the covers provided with the N30i pillow mask.
P30i from ResMed working very well so far. Pillow design is good, fits comfortably while also providing a good seal. Headgear is also smart and durable. Air connecting at top is a very big plus and so is dual air path.s
very comfortable, good mask thanks] respshop
i use it everyday
Frankly, the part I always care most about is the pillow. How it fits, how it feels, and how it seals. Well thankfully, the p30i pillow is top class. The box comes with all 3 cushion sizes with the standard pack so I had no issue trying out all the sizes. I always appreciate when I don’t have to worry about measurements myself, since I struggle to even measure my pants size by myself (LOL). Medium was my pick and it’s supremely comfortable. It doesn’t feel like anything is there, but at the same time, I know it’s sealing well. I breathe perfectly well and all the usual benefits of going with a pillow apply. Hopefully these pillows hold out well over the long term so I don’t have to replace it too often.
Other than the pillow, the mask is good too. There’s only two frame sizes but it seems like they recommend just getting the standard size for most people. It fits my face well and I imagine I’m about the size of an average person. Also it’s comfortable and doesn’t hurt to wear/leave imprints. That’s about all I have to say, really good mask overall.
Right off the bat, the mask is incredibly comfortable and well-fitting. The frame is light and pliable, so it rests on and fits around my face without issues. The headgear is pretty standard but it’s soft and breathable, which is all I can really ask for. It stretches to fit well too, living up to the idea that it’s one size fits all. The other primary comfort feature of the mask is the dual airway design, going down both sides of the head. Both can provide air to you, so you can sleep on your side and the one airway will keep pumping. Great because it means I can sleep comfortably on my side at night and I had no issues with breathing. Another excellent touch is the hose connector being at the top of the head. I love this feature since I can keep my air tube away from my neck and chest, where it usually runs. It also means I can sleep facing away from my machine without problems.
Of course the most important part is the nasal pillow. I’ve been using pillows for years now so I’m used to them, but I still think the P30i pillow is excellent. The standard pack come with all 3 sizes so you can really be sure you’re getting the right fit. It’s not too hard, holds against my nose very well, and seals up tight. I haven’t had any leakage issues and I wake up feeling refreshed every morning.
I can’t say enough good things about the P30i, and I really think this is the mask I’ll use for the rest of my life. Hopefully, this mask and the parts for it never go out of production and are around for a long time.
It's also nice that the hose is on top of my head as having one infront of my face/neck was not very appealing to me and seemed like it would just get in the way. With this setup however, the hose does not get in the way.
One tip I can provide is that you don't want to tighten the straps too much or it will be uncomfortable and just irritate your nose.
I found that I only need to tighten it enough so that it won't move away from my nose causing an air leak if I decide to turn over on my side instead of laying on my back and it's perfect.
Doesn't slip off my head, love it.
Comfortable, highly satisfied.
Despatched the consignment quickly.
The tubing is away from your face which makes this much easier to tolerate. Not a "piece of cake" but worth trying.
First, the positives: the design for the air supply tube going on top of the mask is absolutely genius. Props to the designer for this one. I normally drape my hose from the top of my bed's headboard so this works perfectly for me. My wife doesn't have to worry about moving into the exhalation path anymore. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I don't get noticeable marks at all because of the soft fabric on the sides of the mask.
However, I will say that this mask is on the louder side. When I initially switched to this mask, I wasn't impressed by how loud the airflow was. Because of the way the sides of the mask press down on my face, I can hear the airflow and my own breathing in my skull. This will definitely take some time to get used to.
I think this mask is a good choice. I just wish it was a little quieter.
Well, I am trying to find a good pillow mask but this one is NOT for me. Hurts my nose! This fits too tight against the base of the nose and causes my nose to be sore each morning when I wake.
It does create a good seal at the nose. It does have the on-top-of-the-head connector, which is great but the tightness against the nose it way too much and there is no way to adjust this! If it was able to be adjusted, it might be the perfect mask.
So, depending on head size maybe, it might not be for you.
The whole mask frame is thicker and larger than the Dreamwear and I found that is was more intrusive especially as the side frame covers are permanently fitted and tend to be slippery not soft.
The other thing that I found was that the exit holes in the actual mask piece deflect the exiting air downwards which in cold weather when you have the blankets up under your chin means the outgoing air hits the blankets and deflects back into your face which is very annoying.
The biggest problem for me was that the actual nasal piece is rigid with a silicone piece where it rests under your nose and despite trying all three sizes of mask none of them really suited me and as I'm a side sleeper the rigid plastic piece causes it to push into my face which is most uncomfortable.
So I've gone back to the good old Dreamwear and the N30i will sit in the cupboard unused.
My usual mask covers my entire nose and the harness for it leaves temporary 'dents' in my forehead and cheeks, so I was looking forward to how this mask let me wake up without feeling a bit ashamed in the mornings. However, the air flow into my nose was far from strong enough. After two hours, I resorted to my old mask in order to get some sleep.
I am sorry to hear that! We do have a mask assurance policy, give us a call so we can send you a nasal cushion rather than the pillows. That should take care of it.
Doesn't stay secure on your face no matter how much you tighten it.
Waste of money.
Hello! Sorry to hear about your experience with this mask! Please give us a call as we have a 30 day guarantee, we will be able to give you store credit for your purchase.
I order the p301. Amal pillow and I was unable to put the new one on my head piece. I’m 80 yo and could contribute to my inability to change them out but honestly it shouldn’t be that difficult
Thank you for reaching out to us! I was not able to find your order with Respshop so I could contact you. I am sorry you had issues with the cushion but perhaps this video will help. If not, please call us 866-936-3754

I purchased the standard size because I have a larger than normal head and that was the only option (certainly not small). I tried and tried with the various sized nasal pillows but woke up each morning to a sore nose and face. Now it sits by my bedside collecting dust and I'm using my years old mask... Going to try and get a replacement ..
Hello Tommy,
