Some head gears are better then other. I don't care for the full.fave ones that cover entire face but I do like ones that fit under your nose n mouth

This mask is comfortable, once you get used to it. I admit, I struggled at first, but now I couldn't sleep as well as I do without it (I've tried!) It's quite easy to clean, and replace when necessary. I tried two other masks and this one works the best for me.

The airfit N20 is nice but the airtouch with the memory foam is really the best most comfortable mask I've worn, you fall right asleep and do not wake up with any discomfort on my nose or cheeks... I highly recommend it.
