The AirTouch F20 cushion should be replaced when the memory foam shows signs of wear. For best mask seal, replace the cushion every 30 days.

Prefer less frequent cushion replacements? We recommend the AirFit F20 silicone cushion which has a usage life of up to 3 months or longer.

Good mask, Only suggestion I would make is to be careful while cleaning because the foam material can get a tear and mask would need to be replaced
