Ordering was easy and cheaper the getting from my normal distributor. Exactly what I ordered and needed.

I got a message saying the data card was full. No information on how to clear the data. No help in the really poor documentation that came with the Philips CPAP. Tried to call my supplier about a new card or what to do. No return call after twice calling them. My CPAP doctor’s office was no help. I finally decided I would buy another card. Really poor service from the providers and doctor’s staff. What can you say about this kind of service. RespShop was great. Thanks.

When I need to reformat the card to use from the old system 1 to a DS1 just put it into my computer and format the card to FAT32 correct?

No the card will need to be formatted at your Durable Medical Equipment company or where you received your first unit from.

I have a older system 1 machine and was upgraded to a dream station 1 do I need to reformat the SD card to use in the dream station or just take it out from my old system 1 and put into the DS1
