New tank reservoir

The tank fit my machine. It was time to get a new machine as I couldn't get the old one completely clean anymore. I ordered the one without the lid as the old lid worked perfectly fine with the new reservoir.

Is the plastic tank fully clear or is the smoky color?

The ones I have seen appear to have a little smoky color but not bad.

Does this come with the seal that is shorn on it in the picture. It says no lid but shows the seal.
