Unfortunately, we can't ship ResMed products outside the USA due to customs restrictions. Your best option is a non-ResMed CPAP machine and yes, we can accept an international prescription.

If the page says the total running hours is 3000-3999 hours, that means that the machine already has 3000-3999 hours on it.
To answer your second question, the For Her model has 3 different modes: Autoset, Autoset For Her, and Manual pressure. Men and Women have different breathing patterns so this device has that extra for her mode for comfort. If you purchase this machine you can use the regular Autoset or Manual settings which would be the same as the regular Airsense 10. Thank you.
