Cover one end of your tubing with plastic wrap and insert it into the Respironics Tubing Wrap. This will reduce friction and allow the wrap to slide over the hose easily. Please remove the plastic before connecting your tubing to the device!

This is the best accessory out there!!!! Makes my CPAP hose comfortable draped over my neck at night since I am a side sleeper. I went to an auto supply place and got some adhesive back Velcro strips to apply to the hose connection on my mask. Then the end piece of Velcro on the tubing wrap is attached to the Velcro on my mask. Never slips down. I am ordering 3 more....as gifts to my CPAP using friends. Also I want to try putting one inside another to see if the double thickness is even more cushy feeling. At this price you can afford to experiment.
