What’s included
The HumidX Standard and HumidX Plus are small heat and moisture exchangers (HMEs) designed to provide comfortable and effective humidification without water.
How does it work?
Heat and moisture from the exhaled breath is captured and stored within the HME's tiny paper ridges before it reaches the mask's vent. This heat and moisture is then released when you take your next breath, giving you warm, soothing air.
Under normal nighttime conditions (61 to 72°F (16 to 22°C) and 20-30% relative humidity), the HumidX/HumidX Plus delivers air to the user at a relative humidity level of 70-80%.

I have only used 1 filter out of the three-pack but it worked well. I didn't experience any dryness while using this with the AirMini.

These discs are absolutel 100% neccessary if you use the AirMini with the P10, N20, or N30 (the F20 has its own version) to increase the humidty and comfort.
Just beware if the ambient humidty outside is higher than 40% you will definitely not need the plus and can use the regular. The said it works great during winter.

I got the mini cpap because i intend to travel this fall. I also have a remote cabin in Alaska and couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The mini cpap battery lasts 8 hours and now i get some sleep there. I’m interested to see how it does in my cabover camper because my full size machine will only run a couple hours

Used it for the first time with my resmed mini travel, and for the first time, my travel sleep was comfortably moist. Due to space I normally do not carry my humidifier case when I travel. It's a little expensive but makes a lot of difference for important business trips!

These make a BIG difference for me (in Colorado’s dry climate). I’d been using a standard HumidX in my new AirMini + P10 setup for about a week, and all was going well. Then, several nights ago, I started having serious discomfort, dryness, and allergy-like symptoms in my sinuses. I also felt like I was starving for air and tried increasing minimum pressure. It was so severe, I didn’t want to use my CPAP at all, and I struggled to use it for more than about 2 hours per night… I then discovered that the HumidX cartridge had fallen out a few nights ago (when I was putting a tube cover on) and I didn’t know. I found it in the bed sheets, blew off any dust, re-inserted, and I’m now back to a comfortable warm & humid airflow experience. Phew!

Love that when I travel with myResMed mini I don’t have to worry about finding distilled water. these HumidX/ Standard/Plus cartridges supply all the moisture you need. I would absolutely recommend using theResMed mini and cartridges to anyone, especially if you travel any.

Its rare hat a customer gets to work with a company as principled, responsive, and professional as RespShop. I bought my AirMini p, which is not covered b insurance, after a LOT of hesitation because it is expensive. RespShop had a rebuil one that I took out of the country. When the smart start function didn’t work, they allowed me to exchang offter the warranty period because I was still out of the country. I ought a new machine and supplies from them when I returned. Every one of my encounters with staff have been more than a transaction. They’ve been a breath of fresh air!

Best decision ever made in my CPAP journey was purchasing the ResMed HumidX/HumidX Plus forAirMini travel. A friend told me about the AirMini just in time for me to receive prior to a trip in late August. Have used since even for overnight stays with family. App is easy to set up.

My shopping experience with RespShop was great, with quick delivery and a prompt response when I emailed a question. I love the AirMini for its portability and small size -- it worked great on a weeklong trip to Portugal. I'm not able to use the humidifiers since I used my own hose and headgear with an adapter.
