Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask by Fisher & Paykel

Do you sleep on your side, back, or stomach? No matter your sleeping position, the Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask can keep your seal secured.

Featuring a unique tube anchoring system, the mask lets you secure the tube to the top or side of the headgear. You can even let the tube hang loose without accidentally dislodging your mask seal, thanks to the 360° pivoting elbow.

Made of premium frosted silicone, the off-the-lip nasal pillows conform to the shape of your nostrils and contour around the base of the nose. This design creates a comfortable and stable seal, even for users with facial hair.

Combining the compact cushion with the unobtrusive frame, the F&P Opus 360 boasts an extremely lightweight design and offers an open field of view. What’s more, it allows for more restful nights with the quiet air diffuser, which directs airflow away to minimize disruptions.

How do I clean my F&P Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear

Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, short tubing, elbow, swivel

  1. Disassemble the mask.
  2. Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
  3. Rinse each part thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
  4. Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight.
My F&P Opus 360 mask is leaking. What should I do?
  1. Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
  2. Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
  3. Ensure you're wearing your Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask according to the instructions in the user guide or refer to the fitting guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
  4. Adjust your headgear as necessary.
  5. Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
  6. Replace any worn out mask parts.

If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.

How often should I replace my F&P Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

It looks kinda weird, but I actually like the design. I hate having the tube dangle from my face, it makes it really hard to fall asleep on my side. The Opus makes sleeping on my side easy though. Nothing's moving around and I don't even notice where I blow air.

Tube over the head which is eactly what I need! They dont make the old mask I used for years anymore so the customer service pointed me in the direction of this mask that has the tube over the head as did the old one. So far so good, works pretty well, no big leaks, and the cushions are comfortable enough. If I had been using it for 6 years or more like my old one I might like it even more. 4 stars for now, but probably 5 in a few weeks.

I am 63 years and live in Louisiana and I have been using the Puritan Bennett nasal pillow mask because I liked the design of that mask. I has the short tube hose that attaches to the top of your head and there isnt any cheek side straps and it was just the most comfortable thing I have ever used. Unfortunately Puritan Bennett has been discontinued which broke my heart. I came across this mask hoping it worked the same and it sorta does. The only thing I dont like about this mask is the side straps.

I have regularly used the Opus 360 Nasal Pillow mask for several years now and find it very comfortable to wear and easy to use. There's no problems putting the mask on at night, not like other masks. Once you have the fitting comfortably adjusted for yourself there are no adjustments to make on subsequent uses

Mask is comfortable and includes 3 nasal sizes to fit anyone. The straps are soft and adjustable. The only drawback is the plastic braces that rest against your cheeks. The braces are flexible but cause me to sweat.
