ResMed Airfit P10 Mask Pack For Airmini
The AirMini Mask Setup Pack for ResMed's renowned AirFit P10 Nasal CPAP Mask is a necessary set-up if you plan on using the AirMini. Please be aware that this set-up is only compatible with each other and no other mask will suffice. It is not compatible with other masks or machines on the market. This version of the P10 is uniquely specific to the AirMini as it has venting specially designed to provide collected moisture into the HumidX humidification set-up.
Inside the Package
In the package, you will find an AirMini Tubing that connects the AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow Mask to the AirMini travel CPAP. Also included are all three sizes of P10 Nasal Pillows: small, medium, and large. No P10 mask set-up is complete without the P10 headgear, which is included in the standard blue. Bear in mind, this is only compatible with the AirMini CPAP machine only.
Waterless Humidification
The AirMini boasts the awe-inspiring HumidX and HumidX Plus; a waterless system cleverly integrated directly into the tubing of the ultra-popular AirFit P10. By balancing the moisture level you not only improve your therapy but you're also effectively avoiding dryness.
FAQ
What are the differences between the HumidX and HumidX Plus?
The standard version is made simply to be used in normal to humid climates whereas the Plus version of the HumidX is designed for use in climates that tend to be a little drier than others
How do I clean this tube?
It is recommended to wash it weekly with warm water and a mild detergent and simply let it dry. Though cleaning helps, in the long run, you will want to replace the hose every 6 months to a year.
How often do I need to replace my tube?
Every 3-6 months. Over time, dirt and bacteria can accumulate in your tube, and while regular washing will help, you'll want to use a fresh tube after a few months.
