One of the smallest CPAP machines in its class, the APEX XT Auto CPAP Machine delivers quality sleep therapy at home or on the go.

With a built-in power supply and detachable humidifier, it maintains a small footprint to save space on your nightstand or in your luggage. 

Compared to other home auto CPAPs, the APEX XT is extremely compact and lightweight. But it offers the same effective therapy with a user-friendly LCD interface and features like:

  • Pressure Variation Algorithm (PVA) - makes it easier to breathe out against your CPAP pressure
  • Ramp (CPAP mode only) - lets you fall asleep easier by gradually increasing pressure to your prescribed setting

Yes, the APEX XT Auto is an auto CPAP machine which automatically adjusts pressure within a set minimum and maximum pressure range. It also has a standard CPAP mode with a fixed pressure. 
Can I use the APEXT XT Auto on a plane?

The APEX XT Auto is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on and bringing a copy of the FAA compliance letter.

Please note that airline policies regarding in-flight CPAP use can vary. Always familiarize yourself with your airline’s on-board CPAP use policy prior to traveling.
How loud is the APEX XT Auto Travel CPAP?

With an operation noise of 28 dBA, the XT Auto is quieter than a whisper (30 dBA).
Does the XT Auto come with a battery?

The XT Auto does not come with a battery. However, it is compatible with many third party lithium-ion CPAP batteries.

The XT Auto comes with a non heated standard tubing that is compatible with all CPAP masks. It does not support heated tubing. 
How often should I replace my APEX XT Auto CPAP accessories?

The washable foam filter and tubing should be replaced every 6 months for optimal hygiene.

The default settings are:

I usually have the respironics system one auto machine, but I forgot to take it with me on my current business trip. It's a bigger machine so traveling with it hasnt always been easy. I decided to try this apex machine because it was small, they say palm sized and its really is that small, and I figured it would be easier to take with me as I am a frequent traveler for work.

I was lucky in that I could get it shipped with next day delivery, and I have used the machine for a few nights. So far I am impressed. Not sure how it will be as an every day machine like my respironics one, but seeing as I only plan on using it for travel, I would say I am really satisfied.

I tried using both in cpap mode and auto mode, found out that I prefer the auto mode, but it is good
to know that the cpap mode is not for me. Else, I have to buy two machines before I figure out which meets my need.

This machine helps me sleep well at night, and my health improves dramatically! Should have used it a long time ago, when my doctor told me I needed one, but didn't have the means to get one then. The price is perfect for my budget. At first I didn't think I need the humidifier, but bought it anyway because I read on your website that it helps prevents dryness. Good advice, thanks guys.

Perfect machine for traveling. I usually use a humidifier, but when I called this machine was kind of big with the humidifier. I just wanted something small. Only traveling for a few days at a time anyway right? Awesome machine.

Only wish the humidifier was smaller. Machine works great though. Wish they could make a smaller humidifier to go with the small machine. Still good for travel and smaller than my respironics

This is my first purchased from Respshop.com and im very pleased with the machine, I have been sleeping so good and so as my partner. The XT Auto has 3 different settings I can choose from to adjust the pressure relief that suits my needs. User friendly machine, all my therapy information is saved on the SC card and I can easily link it to my PC to view all my sleep therapy data. The heated humidifier is an a plus for me it helps with my dry throat or nasal congestion. Water chamber is easy to care for, dish washer safe but I prefer hand washing it with warm water.
