Return Policy

In the event, you have changed your mind or had a change of heart, after making an order with us, you may return your order within 30 days of your order's shipping date.

Below are the policies and requirements for returning a product to Respshop:

  • If the product is unopened, unused and in the original package, ship the item back to us with your invoice. We will refund 100% to your credit card or PayPal account as long as the item is in resalable condition.
  • If the product is opened but unused, please call us before you ship it back to us. We need to determine if the product is in a resalable condition. Upon our approval, it must be returned in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and store credit for the difference will be issued. This will be applied within 2 days of receipt of the returned package.
  • If a product is used in any way, it is non returnable and non refundable.
    Please note: If you send a used product back, it will be returned to sender. For all product defects please contact us.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. Any shipping fees to return the items to Respshop.com will be the customer’s responsibility.

Respshop.com reserves the rights to refuse any return abuses.

Tip: buying a mask with multiple size cushions (sometimes called fitpack) may assure you always find the right size mask.

I have a defective CPAP machine/mask. What should I do?

Before returning any product, please contact customer service to start the warranty process for you. The manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit, or water damage.

Note: all services, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products, are performed solely by Respshop.com and independently of the manufacturers. In case you need warranty service, please contact Respshop.com instead of the manufacturers or your local dealers.


Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty options are available at the time of purchase and can be added after purchase. Must be purchased 30 days before the current 2-year warranty expires and the CPAP originally must be purchased through Respshop.

1-year and 2-year extended warranty options will add to the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty period, giving you peace of mind for up to 3 or 4 years of coverage. Only a maximum of 2 years extension can be added.

Extended Warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage caused from drops, spills or events that are not typical of CPAP therapy. It cannot be transferred to another party.

Extended Warranty covers Domestic Shipping back to you. Shipping the machine to us for an Extended Warranty diagnostic is the customer’s responsibility. International shipping is not covered.

Extended Warranty is available on ResMed, Respironics, Fisher & Paykel, RESmart & Breas - CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and VPAP Machines. Extended Warranty not available on DeVilbiss IntelliPAP Machines.

International Warranty Policy

All devices or masks sold by Respshop.com do not have international warranty. If you are an international customer or a US customer traveling outside of the US, you will have to contact Respshop.com for warranty services. Please do not contact the manufacturers or your local dealers. You will need to send the defective machines/masks (you do not need to send us the accessories, so you will pay less postage) to Respshop.com, and we will send the replaced or repaired machines/masks to you.

Very important: if you ship defective products from overseas, be sure to use postal service. Do NOT use Fedex/UPS/TNT/DHL or any other shipping company otherwise you will be responsible for import duty/tax/broke fee or any other customs related charges.

Customers are responsible for round trip shipping costs, and/or duty charges.


Order Cancellation

If an order is canceled before the order is shipped, Respshop will refund the full payment within 1 business day.


Refund

If there is a refund for order cancellation or returns (if the product is unopened and unused), it will be credited back to the original payment method, including PayPal. If the original payment method is not available, the refund will be store credit saved in the customer's Respshop account. The store credit expires in 12 months, but we can extend it upon your request.


Machine Return Policy

We are offering a risk free 30-day return policy for all machines including CPAP/BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, CoughAssist and myAirvo2. The terms of the offer are as follows

  • The 30-day return policy starts at the shipment date to the end-user. From the shipment date, the purchaser has 30 days to contact Respshop to return the products. Any return action taken after the 30-day time frame will be voided.
  • The purchaser must contact Respshop for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to coordinate the return. Contact us.
  • The purchaser must indicate the reason for the return during the RMA request.
  • All returns must be in the original packing, in like-new and working condition with no physical damage.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for all machines returned under this policy. Respshop will not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • All returns must be received at Respshop within 10 working days from the issue of an RMA.
  • When the above requirements are met, Respshop will issue a refund for the price of the items purchased, including PayPal, without any extra fees.
  • Respshop will not issue a refund to the purchaser if products are returned defective, damaged or in anything other than original packaging.
  • Each customer is entitled to utilize the 30-day return policy to return a machine only once. Subsequent machine returns will not be accepted under this policy.
