CPAP and BiPAP Bacterial Filter by Sunset Healthcare (5/pk)
This Bacterial Filter from Sunset Healthcare significantly reduces the bacteria and viral content in your CPAP or BiPAP airflow. It is compatible with CPAP and BiPAP machines of all brands and connects to all standard 22mm OD CPAP tubing. It can be used with or without a heated humidifier.
This filter is not washable and should be replaced weekly or when dirty. If this bacterial filter is connected to a machine with a heated humidifier, it will require more frequent replacement, typically every three days. This is because the filter becomes saturated with moisture from the humidifier.
Usage Instructions
Connect one end of the bacterial filter to your machine and the other end to your hose. If you are using a heated tubing, place the bacterial filter between your CPAP mask and heated tubing.
* This Bacterial Filter should be replaced every 2-4 weeks.

They block the air from my CPAP machine so much that I can hardly breathe while using them. And No my resmed airsense machine does not have a filter option. Pressure can't be adjusted either. I bought 2 packages of 6 and they won't let me return one of the packages because it is opened. They aren't individually wrapped so that's this company's way our of doing a refund. It will cost me more to ship back than it cost for the 6. I have used PapMD filters for a long, long time and they work great. But I thought I would try this brand. This brand looks cheap compared to PAPMD filters. This brand is useless to me. They totally block the pressure. I can’t turn it any higher.

Bacterial filters can add a small amount of airflow resistance, and some users may notice this more than others depending on their machine and therapy settings. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't perform as expected.

This filter seems to work fine with my cpap machine. However it makes my mask heavier where my hose hangs.

It doesn’t fit into the hose or machine. My hose clips into the machine. This filter just slip on to it and doesn’t seal up good. I can feel air leakage.
