The mask itself is great. I switched to this one from the newer version, the AirFit N30i, because I just could not get that one to work for me as a side sleeper--the overly-soft silicon of both available types of nose piece for that one just kept collapsing and made it impossible to breathe. I regret purchasing it.
I solved that problem by switching to this mask, but I do have to say that the direct silicon contact of the nose piece has been a nightmare for my skin (I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis) and keeps causing sores around my nose. Additionally, I struggle to get a proper seal because air keeps leaking out of the nose piece right at the top-center, it will not seal properly against my nosebridge and it's pretty obnoxious because it makes air randomly shoot into my eyes. That's the reason for the 3 star review, the nose piece sucks!
Having said all that, it's still the only CPAP mask I can actually sleep in, because everything else I've tried has been way too uncomfortable or simply incompatible with side-sleeping. I like that the hose attaches to the nose piece instead of having an obnoxious air tube wrap around my face. I don't like that it has an air vent right where it attaches because it constantly shoots air out at a strong enough pressure to startle me awake sometimes. It has lead to me ripping the mask off my face several times already, when I'm half-awake and don't realize what I'm doing. Definitely not a match made in paradise.
