ResPlus Auto CPAP Machine with Humidifier | Beyond Medical

My old CPAP died. I mean just stopped working. I found this CPAP as a very affordable drop in replacement using my same hoses and masks. I provided my prescription and it came preset.

This machine is is a square rectangle with no stylish curves. Putting that aside, this is GREAT reliable machine and just as good as my past $1,500 machines. Furthermore this was less expensive than my insurance deductible. I own one for my Florida house and another for my Michigan house. Why transport a unit you can purchase for $200.00

This unit costs only a fraction of the price of the “top-of-the-line” super-expensive units, yet has all the essential good stuff that the more expensive ones have, includng the algorithm feature that automatically adjusts your air pressure as needed while you sleep, and the ramp feature to slowly get up to pressure while you nod off, and the must-have heated water chamber, as well as the (included!) removable SD card for sharing your sleep history with your doctor. There's even the option to disconnect the heated water chamber section from the main part, in case you want to take the main part on the road without the water chamber. The only “bells and whistles” that it lacks, as far as I can tell, are: no option for a heated hose, no app for smart phone, and no bluetooth connection to any app on a phone for viewing sleep history. Honestly, although my other super expensive machine has those bells and whistles, the bluetooth and app were a gimmick I used only a handful of times, and I enjoyed the expensive one for years before getting a heated hose just recently. This unit is not as sleek and compact as units costing fives times its price, but who cares? It does not look as sleek or as stylish, but its styling is just fine. As long as you have room for it on a flat surface beside the bed, who cares if it is an inch or two longer or wider, or weighs a few ounces more? Speaking of it being a few ounces heavier: while that is a con regarding travel, it's a pro as far as actual use. If you ever, during your sleep, get the hose tangled while you turn on your side, that can yank a CPAP machine off the nightstand. The lighter a unit is, the easier it falls! This machine comes with really a nice carrying bag, and with its own hose. You'll need to get a mask of your choosing separately, but that's the default procedure on all machines. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the functions and features, given the amazing low price. I give this unit 4 out of 5 stars!

Quiet. Some of the programmable features are difficult (for me) to figure out--like AutoStop. I'll keep working at it.

It's good but after few months of using it it starts to rattle while I'm sleeping and knew that it's not normal for it to do that as I didn't have that problem with other cpap machine. I'm deaf and can't hear anything but I can FEEL it!!!! Now I'm looking for new cpap machine that doesn't break down after few months of usage.

I’m very impressed with its performance. The machine is quiet, easy to set up, and comfortable to use throughout the night. The automatic pressure adjustment works smoothly and helps me breathe naturally without feeling overwhelmed by airflow.

Works very well. Directions for humidifier could be clearer.

I love how quiet the machine is

I purchased and have been using a ResPlus Auto CPAP Machine with Heated Humidifier for four weeks. I am giving it four stars because it was very economical. Here are my pros and cons. A pro for me maybe a con for you and vice versa but here's my take:

Pros: Very affordable; Simple basic unit (this might be a con for some); Auto CPAP mode; Auto on/off; Ramp Mode.

Cons: A bit louder than my Phillips but not bad; Humidifier tank is difficult to remove; No heating for the air tube *; A bit large and clunky; No Wifi or apps (this is a pro for me).

Overall an affordable nice second machine for a vacation home or next to the recliner in the den. I would buy it again.

* I urge anyone using the humidifier to start on the lowest setting (1) and work your way up. I entered 3 by mistake and woke to my nasal pillows bubbling at 4am.

The ResPlus Auto CPAP is a great machine. It is a lower priced machine than many others, but works very well, has all the necessary features needed, and easy to use. I've had 3 of these and still have 2 of them and they are both 100% and working. When the time comes that I need another CPAP I will be ordering this one if still available. Thank You.

Tried for the first time this Resplus Cpap w/ humidifier last brand found it a better machine than resmed brand. This unit addresses my unusual apnea issue where my breathing stops not from obstruction but from neural apnea (probably rare) I felt it address it as it happened normal pressure up until I stopped breathing and then it added more pressure to get me past that spot. Worked perfectly!!! Got a great night sleep!
