More than expected

When the unit arrived, it was bigger than my last device. So a little readjusting on the nightstand was needed. That being said, the settings were wrong & I sent an email the following day, which was on a Saturday. Due to a weekend request, I had to wait till Monday for a response. Once I got the information needed, the unit was set accordingly & it works just great.

The menues are very easy to understand and thorough. The only problem I found with my new cpap is the first day it has "new car smell". But the second night it was gone!

Yes, the ResPlus is an auto CPAP machine which automatically adjusts pressure within a set minimum and maximum pressure range. It also has a standard CPAP mode with a fixed pressure.
Does the ResPlus Auto CPAP come with a heated tubing?

The ResPlus comes with a non heated standard tubing that is compatible with all CPAP masks. It does not support heated tubing.
How often should I replace my ResPlus Auto CPAP accessories?

The washable foam filter should be replaced every 2-3 months for optimal hygiene. The tubing should be replaced every 6 months.
What are the default settings for the ResPlus Auto CPAP?

The default settings are:

  • Pressure: 10 cm H2O
  • Ramp Time: 0 minutes
  • Ramp Start Pressure: 4 cm H2O

However, your ResPlus Auto CPAP will arrive preset with the therapy pressure indicated on your prescription.
How do I access my sleep data from the ResPlus Auto CPAP?

The ResPlus comes with a micro SD/TF card that automatically stores your sleep data. Simply insert the micro SD/TF card into your computer to download data.
Is the ResPlus Auto CPAP dual voltage?

The ResPlus Auto CPAP is dual voltage (100-240 VAC), allowing for worldwide use without a converter. However, you may need a plug adapter depending on your location.
