Quattro Air Full Face CPAP Mask by ResMed

With the ResMed Quattro Air Full Face Mask, you can have the reliability of the Quattro masks with less bulk and more comfort. Made up of only four parts, this full face mask is 45% lighter and easier to maintain than older models.

Thanks to the innovative Flex-wing forehead support, the mask has no forehead pads weighing it down or leaving marks on your face. The headgear is made of soft rolled-edge fabric, preventing skin irritation and improving comfort.

With the headgear’s multiple adjustment points and the Spring Air cushion’s dual-wall design, the Quattro Air offers a gentle yet stable seal for effective CPAP therapy.

Featuring circular diffused vents, the mask reduces airflow noise and maintains a quiet bedroom environment.

It also has an elbow with squeeze tabs, letting you easily detach the tube, and a swivel, which keeps the tube out of the way as you move during sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my Quattro Air Full Face Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear

Daily cleaning: frame, cushion, elbow

  1. Disassemble the mask.
  2. Soak the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
  3. Scrub the vent holes on the elbow with a soft bristle brush.
  4. Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
  5. Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.
How often should I replace my Quattro Air Full Face Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

My Quattro Air CPAP mask is leaking. What should I do?
  1. Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose and mouth.
  2. Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
  3. Ensure you're wearing your Quattro Air mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
  4. Adjust your headgear as necessary.
  5. Try a larger or smaller cushion or headgear size.
  6. Replace any worn out mask parts.

If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.

Customers said this full face CPAP mask is "very comfortable" with minimal leaks and an excellent seal. The lightweight design, soft cushion, and five-strap headgear provide secure fit for various head sizes. Praised for easy maintenance and quick-release clips. Some note occasional leakage with beards, nose redness, and strap stretching over time.

This mask is very comfortable

This mask is very comfortable. The head gear helps the mask sit in a way to where it feels natural. I am able to fall asleep quickly. My outward air flow does not feel restricted like alot of other masks or pillows do.

This is my first time with this style of mask. Just taking me a little to adjust. It is a full face mask but straps are different from the other one.

Fine and comfortable mask

Fine and comfortable mask, but some slight leakage due to my beard. Planning to try and shave a little closer and see if that helps.

Good but could be better

The mask and headrest-work great. The nozzle between the tube and mask not being able to pivot up and down is a draw back.

Great mask

I have tried several masks and continue to come back to this one. The only downside is a red nose at times.

No magnet clips to lose!

I like the simple straps. No magnet clips to lose! After trying more expensive fancy options, including under the nose, this is still my favorite

I've tried several other full, face masks but always come back to this one. It fits so much better than the others and is also less expensive. I highly recommend!

I am a longtime CPAP user and have tried a lot of different masks over 10+ years. The Quattro mask is light and has a good "grip" on my face that I think makes it stand out over other masks. The best part about this mask is its gel piece that connects to the plastic face part. This prevents the problematic leaks that can happen from other masks.
The attaching and detaching system is also exquisite. This simple mechanism helps me take off my mask quickly and put it on again whenever I wake up in the middle of the night to use the washroom.
The lightweight build and the sleek build make it so my vision is clear even when wearing the mask. Even as a side sleeper, this mask takes the cake for best design from me. Once you try this one, you won't be able to go back to your old mask.

Good mask, good value. Can't go back to my old mask anymore. Thanks respshop.

Picked this mask up about a month or two ago and I quite like it. It’s a pretty standard design but I don’t mind at all.

The mask is quite comfortable overall, since it uses 5 straps to spread the pressure out. The straps are made of a nice light material, although as another review mentioned, they seem like they’ll slowly stretch over time. I imagine down the road I will have to replace the harness, but that’s pretty standard for all masks I’ve used. There’s clips on the bottom two straps which is convenient, no problems with taking the mask off quickly in the morning.

Quattro is a full-face cushion. Pretty big and obtrusive to my vision, but that’s pretty standard with full-face designs. The seal is great however, the mask inflates to fill any gaps, provided you leave the seal slightly loose before turning the air on. No problems with cleaning the cushion either, I just use some warm soapy water and leave it out to air dry.

That’s about all I have to say for the mask but I really do want to reiterate that it’s a great mask. The Quattro doesn’t rely on any gimmicks or bold design decisions to stand out, but instead does all the fundamentals right.

5 star mask, I was a little worried by some reviews but after trying this mask for a few weeks now, I am in love with it.
It’s a pretty light mask and it feels very comfortable when I put it on. The headgear cradles the back of your head in two places, which helps it feel very secure. Other than that, it has the standard four straps so you shouldn’t have any problem finding a comfortable fit. There is a forehead brace portion which I know are annoying for some people, but I didn’t have any problems with pain or red lines from it.
Cushion feels good too, it inflates a little when you turn your machine on, so make sure not to tighten it too much. I’ve been able to get consistently good seals with little to no leakage, and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on my face at all. A nice touch is that it vents air out in a circle around the mask, so it’s quiet and you don’t get a stream of air blowing right into your eyes.
The hose connector swivels so I’m able to keep the hose off my body when I sleep. Also, it has a really easy quick-release mechanism so I can just quickly disconnect from my machine. When you actually need to take the mask off, the bottom two straps just clip in/out of the cushion. I didn’t see this mentioned on the product page which worried me, but I can confirm it has the clips. Makes it much easier to take on/off the mask without disturbing your perfect fit.
All in all, it’s a great mask. Works well and fits well, with nothing for me to really complain about.

Love this mask! Very comfortable and does not leak.

Fits and works well enough but being it's made out of material that slowly stretches it will like so many products need replacing again.

This mask is definitely better than the less expensive one that I first got. So far so good with sleeping. It stays in place and keeps my numbers done where they need to be.

My husband couldn't use the head strap wouldnt tighten enough and air leaks out. So now we need to purchase a new head strap.

Can't stand this mask. Leaks all night, tried adjusting, wish I chose a different one

I didn't purchase from this company, however, I would highly recommend from anyone thinking about it. It was provided to me by my doctor to try in lieu of the nasal pillows. This mask is much better than the nasal pillows and provides much more airflow and better sleep. It beats the full face cover you all up in a mask which I don't like. Also, I sleep more comfortably which I didn't think.

The cons, dry throat at times. Sometimes, the sides do leak air but the simple solution and fix is to clean with warm water and dry with cold. It firms right back up. That was the advice of my doctor's office and it solves the problem.

prompt delivery and mask is identical to original, these are not substitutes. They fit good and last a long time. Only complaint is that I only needed a new frame, not the cushon or strap but couldnt find one. Had to purchase the whole thing.
