Hello. I want to purchase a ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask cushion to replace our old one which is worn out. On the package of our face mask the model is indicated under the number 61206, medium size. In your website the medium size model is under the number 61292. Is there any risk that the above model numbers will not be of the same sizes? And, one more question about the shipping. Is the option of shipping the goods to Armenia safe? I mean, have you ever had an experience of delivery to our region? Thank you.

Just received my new Quattro mask have had it about a month and a whole opened up on the cushion at the top of my nose. I ordered a large replacement and it doesn't fit, even though the package says large. First need help getting the right replacement but would like to know if there is a stronger cushion available? Please help, I'm having to use strapping tape to cover the whole.

Is it possible you purchased a cushion for another mask? We don't see a replacement cushion ordered in our records, only the initial order for the ResMed Mirage Quattro (large). This item will work with your mask. Unfortunately there is no other model of cushion available. If this mask isn't working for you, it's possible that it's just not the right model for you.
