This machine is great. It's virtually silent; the only noise happens when the mask shifts off my nose. The mask only covers the nose, which helps minimize feelings of claustrophobia. The only issue is that when you remove the water chamber to change the water, you also have to remove and reconnect the hose to the machine or else the machine won't start up. It's a minor inconvenience.

I have been using my ResMed Air 11 CPAP machine for over 6 months now. It's very easy to use, but I have to admit there are times when I'm not feeling well and I find it difficult to sleep. If I have a head cold, I don't use it because I'm having trouble breathing. Overall, I really think this is helping me. I am not as tired as I was before I started and I feel more alert.
