I am very happy with my experience renting and purchasing with respshop. My resmed11 works well and is quite. I am still strugling to find the right mask for me, somedays are good and some are terrible, but im not giving up on the journey!

I had trouble getting my Dr. to send my prescription over to ResShop, but I called, immediately got a real person on the phone, who was kind and understanding, and had me take a picture of my home cpap machine setting and was able to set up my ResMed mini rental unit with no issues. It works great!

A very easy to use rental process. I also got timely info about shipment and it was delivered in no time (couple of days)! They also sent it along with the return label so that I can return it when I'm done.

Saved our vacation!

My husband and I found out we could get travel-sized cpap machines days before we were leaving the country on a hiking trip for a month. So easy to get the machines sent to us and the made all the difference! Set up was easy and straightforward, we will be definitely be using these again when we travel!

Had no problems with the ordering, shipping, or receiving of a travel CPAP for backpacking. I assumed the settings would be dialed in from my prescription, but the air flow I received was pretty weak. Could have used more pressure to support my sleep while backpacking. The availability, quickness, and process overall was fantastic - just wish the user experience matched! Will try again on future trips.
