A very easy to use rental process. I also got timely info about shipment and it was delivered in no time (couple of days)! They also sent it along with the return label so that I can return it when I'm done.

My husband and I found out we could get travel-sized cpap machines days before we were leaving the country on a hiking trip for a month. So easy to get the machines sent to us and the made all the difference! Set up was easy and straightforward, we will be definitely be using these again when we travel!

Had no problems with the ordering, shipping, or receiving of a travel CPAP for backpacking. I assumed the settings would be dialed in from my prescription, but the air flow I received was pretty weak. Could have used more pressure to support my sleep while backpacking. The availability, quickness, and process overall was fantastic - just wish the user experience matched! Will try again on future trips.
