Rental | ResMed | AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine

I've been using the AirSense 11 for a year and a half. The automatic startup feature is really nice. There are two issues with it" #1 is that the metal warming plate in the bottom of the water cartridge rusted, and that was very concerning. #2 is there's not a decent connection to oxygen so there's hanging air tubing to deal with.

I’ve been using the ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet for a few months now, and it’s been a noticeable upgrade from my previous setup. The biggest difference for me is how intuitive everything feels. The interface is clean, and the setup process was straightforward even without much prior experience.

The auto adjusting pressure has made a big impact on comfort. I don’t feel like I’m fighting the machine at night, and I’ve been waking up feeling more rested. The ramp feature is also a nice touch. It eases you into therapy instead of hitting you with full pressure right away.

Another thing I appreciate is how quiet it is. I was worried about noise for both me and my partner, but it is barely noticeable. The humidification system also seems well designed. I have not had issues with dryness like I have experienced before.

The companion app is a bonus too. It is helpful to see sleep data and track consistency without needing to dig through anything complicated.

Overall, this feels like a well thought out device that balances comfort, performance, and ease of use. If you are starting CPAP therapy or upgrading from an older machine, this one is definitely worth considering.

Helps with my breathing and snoring. I do wish it was a little quieter though.

When I arrived to pick up a loaner cpap machine, I rang the warehouse doorbell for about 10 minutes before a car arrived with a lady to let me in and attend to my needs. I paid over $400 deposit for the machine, which subsequently was refunded me after I returned the loaner. A good aspect is that RespShop actually has a live person answer the phone. I do wish someone there had told me though that it is only a sleep medicine provider who can program the loaner machine, since I had moved from a different state recently I also didn’t yet have such a provider to program the machine. Nothing was mentioned about this at all at the time that I picked up the loaner..

Love this CPAP! Water reservoir is a little more awkward to fill but more efficient overall. Seems more quiet than the 10 and easy to use.

I found the AirSense 11 easy to use and set up. The ability to see results on the Android phone app is very helpful. I would like to have an alarm clock function built in because of limited space near the bed.
