Stopped the snoring, but a little loud

While this did stop the snoring for the most part, I didn't sleep too well because the unit was a little loud. But it was nice an compact and easy to use. It wasn't totally clear if my F20 mask would work with it or if I needed adapters, so I wound up buying a bunch of stuff that I didn't need because it turns out, the F20 mask DID work with no issues. But I paid $60 to expedite shipping of a $20 adapter only to find out I didn't need it because it wasn't clear that my F20 mask would work. Overall, it did the trick while overseas.

The machine is nicely portable, but is very noisy when it first starts up.
