Rental Deposit

The thought of traveling with my CPAP was causing much anxiety! Customer service was extremely supportive with answering all of my questions and giving me all the info I needed for proper ordering! My rental unit arrived very quickly and it barely takes up space in my luggage! The fact that it came with everything I need to be abroad and not need water is just icing on the sleeping cake!!! Would recommend 10/10 this economical and superior service to anyone considering it!!!

I'm training for a 6 day, 5 night backpacking trip on the Pacific Crest Trail, can't sleep without a cpap, and RespShop's rental program for their ResMed Mini means the difference between doing this trip I've dreamed of and not. I don't mind the rental deposit, as it will end up back in my account when I return the machine. Sort of like short-term savings :-) PCT, here I come!

I do not need a travel CPAP all the time, but being able to rent one and a reasonable rate when I need it makes it much more logical option for me. The deposit is also reasonable, I just need to take care of the machine and I have always gotten my deposit back no questions. So far I’m very happy every time I’ve rented a CPAP it has gone very very smoothly.

I ordered the multi-size package which helped me find the right fit. I would say generally the mask has a good seal, but it requires quite a bit of tension to avoid leaking which leaves some marks on my face in the morning. I do like the mask in general but will be exploring other options as well since this is my first time purchasing / using a cpap mask. Overall it is a good but not necessarily great experience yet.

Mostly good experience and everything showed up fine. I was however disappointed in how long it took to ship and get to me when I paid for one of the faster shipping methods at $30 dollars. In addition, while the interior pieces were without damage the outer box showed up very banged up and there was zero cushioning or packing materials inside so things were just rattling about in the box.

I was planning a big vacation with multiple legs of travel. I was dreading carrying my CPAP around with me. I decided to rent the mini travel machine. I am so glad I did! It fit perfectly in my carry on. Customer service was great. I texted and called with different questions and each time was answered quickly and helped me ease my mind. My mom was so impressed that she is thinking about buying a new machine as well!! Thank you!

The mini works just as well as my full size cpap. Also much quieter than I expected.

Loved having the small travel CPAP while on my hiking trip. It was so lightweight and fit in the palm of my hand. Very conevient and easy to carry.

It is truly compact , lightweight and has shown to take more than 1/2 the space of my CPAP at home. It is quiet overall for being a smaller CPAP machine. Lastly, it is so nice to not have to worry about having distilled water with you as you travel!!!! I do not feel “dry” with using it. Best decision was to rent this machine for a month while I travel.

I have used the cpap a few times camping before a big trip to Europe. It’s just as good aa my regular machine and I appreciate being able to rent it before committing to buying a travel cpap!

Great customer service and fast shipping

The whole process was very easy to complete with my prescription. The only thing I wasn’t completely sure on was that I needed to buy my own hose and mask. A warning pop up at checkout maybe helpful to warn people that they are renting without buying a hose and or mask.

I received my rental a few days ago, my trip starts in 2 days so it was received in a very timely manner. I decided to try it out in advance so I don't run into issues on my trip. I read the instructions, everything was set-up easily, I downloaded the app and it worked great! The system was just as quiet as my home unit, the set-up on my end was easy and it's so small I can put it in my carry-on suitcase! I will use this again next time I travel via plane anywhere.

Heading overseas for a few weeks and wanted something more portable than my daily driver. Glad I could rent one to save some space and try out a different model before committing.

Customer service is impeccable and machine with all it’s parts came immaculately clean.

Everything including the friendly service and the delivery of the machine has been a blessing for my parents while visiting us from abroad. We received the right machine calibrated perfectly clean and it has worked just like back at home.

Excellent machine and great service from RespShop

This is my first experience with a travel CPAP machine and I was very pleased at how well my RespShop AirMini performed during my testing of it prior top my trip. My trip comes up soon and I am looking forward to having it on Kauai.

Price is high but understandable. The unit I received looks brand new. It functions perfectly and has been a huge blessing. It's worth the deposit.
