It works, but with some major considerations:
It WILL hold your machine, tubing, power supply, and mask... barely. The machine fits snuggly, and there is a single divider which seems designed to hold the power supply and cables, which it does. However, the idea that this is velcro sealable is a joke as the tabs are small and the fit of the divider barely reaches over the power brick to attach to the side. And when I said the machine fits snuggly, that means on ALL four sides, including the top, meaning that tubing, headgear, and a mask must share a very small remaining area. With my headgear, the whole mask must be disassembled to allow for it to close without undue pressure on the mask and then onto the machine. Otherwise, any blow risks damage to the contents.
As for the mesh pocket to hold the manual, anything like that placed in the pocket comes flying out when the flap is opened. Additionally, the flap does not fold back easily, meaning it swings back shut unless you hold it or manipulate it with the hopes it will stay open.
As someone who travels weekly with his machine, this is far from an easy use bag.
