F&P Solo CPAP Mask
Experience intuitive, innovative sleep therapy with the F&P Solo™ Nasal, the world’s first AutoFit™ CPAP mask.
Featuring ground-breaking headgear technology that holds the mask in place without conventional straps or clips and a touch-to-adjust cushion seal, the Solo Nasal delivers comfort and simplicity.
No side straps or buckles to adjust! Thanks to the Solo's AutoLock technology, fitting your mask is as simple as spreading the headgear straps and pushing the cushion in place against your nose.
With a nasal cradle cushion and minimalist headgear design, you can unwind before bed without anything blocking your view and wake up free from red marks and skin irritation.
Need more flexibility? The Solo frame and headgear works with both nasal cushions and nasal pillows (sold separately).
And for ultimate sizing convenience, choose the fit pack which includes the one-size-fits-all headgear and three nasal cushion sizes (S,M,L).
Compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines. AirMini users will need an AirMini Tubing Connector Adapter and a non-heated hose to use the Solo mask.
How do I clean my Solo Nasal CPAP Mask?
Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, short tube, swivel
Weekly cleaning: headgear
- Disassemble the mask prior to cleaning. Please refer to the user guide or the myMask app for help with disassembly.
- Wash the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than 10 minutes and don’t extend the headgear while wet.
- Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight.
How often should I replace the Solo Nasal Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
My F&P Solo Mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Reposition the cushion under your nose if you experience any leaks.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your Solo mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide or the F&P myMask app. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary. Pull the cushion away from your nose to loosen the headgear and push the cushion into your nose to tighten.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.
I tend to feel claustrophobic while wearing a mask. Is the F&P Solo a good fit for me?
The Solo Nasal is a low-profile, minimal contact CPAP mask that’s designed to make adapting to sleep therapy easier. It's a good choice for new users and anyone looking for a lightweight CPAP mask.
