What is HOCl?
Hypochlorous Acid. The human body naturally produces it! HOCl attacks invading pathogens, breaking down the cell walls before destroying unhealthy invaders. This means it will kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
There are a few drops left after air drying. Is that safe?
Yes! Although we recommend fully letting the tube air dry, we understand people might not have the time for that. This product is entirely safe; it is also used as a mouthwash by many dentist clinics!
I smell a bit of chlorine. Did my batch go bad?
Nope! Every bottle will have a minimal smell of chlorine with it. As the items air dry, the smell should fade.
Why no rinsing?
Rinsing your hose or other items does not give the solution enough time to kill the bacteria. The best way to ensure effectiveness is to let it air dry.
Is this for external or internal use of the tube?
Both! The product is effective at cleaning the outside of your tube and is just as effective and safe to use on the inside.
How many sprays to fill 1/3 of a tube?
Good question! We will test it to find out. But in the meantime, you could also unscrew the top and carefully pour in the cleanser with a funnel if you do not want to wait!
Can I use it for more than just my CPAP?
Yes! It can help clean many different household items. For example, have a pair of stinky sneakers? Eliminate the odor with just a few sprays!
Can I spray it on the inside of my mask?
Yup! Just like the tubing, it is safe and effective to use on the inside of your mask.

The product description and potential is great. But I would feel a lot more confident in the product if the following were true:
- more professional packaging (label was askew and there was a typo)
- safety seal on the lid (there is no seal ensuring the product is new/ unused)
- including an SDS (online)
These changes would ensure that the product we are receiving is brand new, and contains what it says it contains.

Not enough time in your day to fill up a basin with soapy water to wash your CPAP mask and hose, and then place them in your CPAP dryer to dry? This is why I love the CPAP Cleanser. I spray my mask and hose with CPAP Cleanser, and let them air dry! It saves time between basin cleanings and it is completely safe to use daily.

This spray is very helpful in cleaning my mask and nasal pillows, especially the narrow tubes which attach to the pillows. The bottle has two spray settings: a narrow squirt which can reach small recessed areas, and a spray pattern for larger and more accessible areas.

I appreciate the no rinse product and the tubing smells clean and fresh after using. My big gripe is with the 12 oz bottles. It is wasteful and expensive to order several small bottles when the recommended usage is to fill the tube 1/3 with cleaner. Please bring back the larger bottle size with screw off cap for easy of measuring and pouring. Othewise, the project is quite nice.

Replacing the larger refill bottles with small bottles and spray pumps was a disappointing change. The new bottles use more plastic, hold less solution, and create unnecessary waste and expense. Because the solution is poured into the tubes for cleaning, the spray pump is largely unnecessary.
Please consider returning to a system that includes one reusable pump bottle and larger refill bottles. It is a more practical, economical, and environmentally responsible solution.

This stuff is wonderful. It works nicely, smells pleasantly clean but the smell is easily rinse able.

The product is great, but it has to get to you unopened and not leaking. Packaging bottles like this, with the ability to open themselves when rolled around in a box, proved problematic on both occasions.

This spray is great for daily quick-cleaning of my ResMed memory foam N20 mask.
For my previous P30 silicone mask & P10 pillows, I'd run them under warm water with some clear dish soap each morning; however, memory foam masks cannot be soaked.
So, for the N20 foam mask, I give it a spray mist of this cleaner inside & out in the morning, let sit for 10+ seconds, then gently wipe the foam and mask with a small and inexpensive lint-free medical / makeup wipe. This keeps germs from breeding and clears some of the skin oils from the memory foam.
Note: I still clean the tubing and headgear weekly by soaking them in warm soapy water, but I think this spray & wipe down is the best option we have for keeping memory-foam masks sanitary.

Never felt real good about getting the inside of my CPAP tubing clean. Until now, that is. This spray in cleanser makes it easier to clean and disinfect the hard to get inside surfaces of the tubing. Just give it a good rinse after spraying with the cleanser, and you are good to go.

I used to wipe down my CPAP mask with wipes, which was good. Now I spray my mask and other parts to my CPAP therapy, dry them after 30 seconds with a clean washcloth and believe that they were exceptionally clean. I’m very pleased with this product.
