RespShop Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Membership & Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program offered by RespShop that allows customers to earn points through eligible activities and redeem those points into coupons with monetary value to be used on future purchases.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is free and available to customers with a registered RespShop account.

  • You must be logged into your account to earn, track, or redeem points.

  • Orders placed as a guest are not eligible to earn points. 

3. Earning Points

Points can be earned through the following actions:

  • Every $1 USD spent = 1 point, on eligible purchases made while logged into your account

  • Completing specific actions (e.g., following on social media or other promotional activities)

  • Being part of Membership tiers such as Silver or Gold, which may provide enhanced earning opportunities

RespShop reserves the right to modify eligible earning actions at any time.

4. Points Value

Points follow a fixed value:

  • 100 points = $1 USD

This structure is designed to keep rewards simple and transparent. RespShop reserves the right to adjust this value at any time.

5. Points Accrual Timing

  • Points are typically added to your account after an order is confirmed or shipped

  • Delays may occur depending on processing times

  • Points will not be granted for canceled, refunded, or failed orders

6. Redeeming Points & Coupon Usage

Points can be redeemed from your account dashboard at any time.
When redeemed, you choose how many points to use, and that amount is converted into a coupon with a monetary value.

The coupon is automatically saved to your account for later use and will be available when you log into your account. All coupons are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Coupons can be applied at checkout while logged into your account. Coupons are non-transferable, can only be used by the account holder, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Coupons may be combined with other promotions in certain cases; however, during specific promotional periods, coupon stacking may be restricted at RespShop’s discretion. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Expired coupons cannot be reissued, extended, or reinstated.

Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments
If an order placed using a reward coupon is canceled, refunded, or returned (in full or in part), the following conditions apply:

  • The monetary value of the coupon used will not be restored, reissued, or credited back in points.

  • Points redeemed for that coupon will not be returned to your account.

  • If a partial refund is issued, the discount applied from the coupon will be proportionally distributed across the items in the order, and the refunded amount will reflect that adjusted value.

  • In cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or system errors, RespShop reserves the right to review and adjust points, coupons, or balances accordingly.

RespShop reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel coupon usage at any time to ensure fair use and proper functioning of the program.

7. Membership Tiers

Customers may qualify for Membership tiers such as Bronze, Silver, or Gold based on their total accumulated spend (“spend accumulated”).
Each tier has a minimum spend requirement to enter, as defined within the Program.

Maintaining Membership Status
To remain in a Membership tier, customers must meet the required annual spending threshold (“spending per year”) associated with their tier.

If the required annual spending is not met:

  • The customer will lose their Membership tier status (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)

  • The customer will retain the benefit of Free Shipping for Life

  • All other Membership tier benefits will no longer apply

Points Multipliers by Tier

  • Bronze: Standard point earning rate

  • Silver: Points are multiplied by 1.5x

  • Gold: Points are multiplied by 2x

Early Access to Promotions

  • Bronze members receive early access to selected promotions up to 24 hours in advance

  • Silver and Gold members receive early access to selected promotions up to 48 hours in advance

RespShop will determine which promotions qualify as Early Access or “Big Access Promotions” at its sole discretion.

Gold Membership – Annual Gift
Customers in the Gold Membership tier will receive one (1) gift per year.

The first gift will be sent six (6) months after entering the Gold tier, as long as the customer maintains Gold status.
After that, gifts will be sent once every year, as long as the customer maintains Gold status.

Additional Notes
Membership tier requirements, benefits, and structure are subject to change at any time at RespShop’s discretion.
RespShop reserves the right to determine eligibility, qualification, and continuation within each tier.

12. Account Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information

  • RespShop is not responsible for lost rewards due to:

    • Failure to log in before placing an order

    • Use of multiple accounts

    • Unauthorized access to the account

13. Program Changes and Termination

RespShop reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time

  • Change how points are earned, valued, or redeemed

  • Update expiration policies or membership structures

Changes will take effect immediately upon being published.

14. Abuse and Misuse

RespShop may suspend or terminate participation in the Program if it determines that a user has:

  • Attempted to manipulate or exploit the Program

  • Violated these Terms & Conditions

  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior

All decisions are made at RespShop’s sole discretion.
