DreamStation 2 Auto CPAP Advanced Disposable Ultra-Fine Filter (2/pk, or 6/pk)

The DreamStation 2 Disposable Ultra-Fine Filter is an optional filter designed to provide an additional layer of filtration for your Philips Respironics DreamStation 2 Auto CPAP Advanced. This ultra-fine filter captures even smaller particles (e.g., tobacco smoke) than the DreamStation 2 Reusable Pollen Filter for the highest level of air quality.

The DreamStation 2 Disposable Ultra-Fine Filter attaches to the bottom of the gray reusable DreamStation 2 filter. Ensure the two filters are aligned and snap them together before reinserting the filters back into your machine. The ultra-fine filter should be replaced every 30 days depending on air quality. If the filter appears dirty or discolored earlier than 30 days, replace sooner.

Note: The white filter is a permanent fixture inside the light blue plastic casing and cannot be removed.

The Dreamstation 2 is not as good as the Dreamstation 1. The water reservoir is small and not as easy to take on and off the machine. The machine does not display all the data it's predecessor did- no AHI, only hours of use. Philips definitely cheaper out on this one. Perhaps they were anticipating having to replace machines on recall.. Customer service at Respshop is excellent.

Can the dreamstation 2 be used if I no longer have disposable filters? Waiting for a shipment.

Yes, you can just use the disposable filter. Remember to clean That filter each week and I suggest keeping 12 disposables on hand to replace each month. I replace mine on the 1st of each month
