CPAP Power & Battery

Every CPAP has its own unique power cord. They are not interchangeable. Respshop offers the power cord for every CPAP in stock and even for some CPAPS that are no longer manufactured.  If your cord is lost or damaged, Resphop has what you need.

Don’t let CPAP therapy take the adventure out of your life. Respshop carries many products to help you continue with therapy when away from home. DC converters and 12-volt DC power cords provide an alternative to power.

Some travel CPAPs have external battery options like the Z2 and the Transcend. Respshop carries battery options for the tabletop CPAPs too! Philips has an external battery to use with their CPAPs that will provide up to 14 hours of power. Medistrom also manufactures external batteries for both ResMed and Philips CPAPs. These are great for users who are in areas that experience frequent power outages or who like to camp, hike, or hunt.

The Medistrom battery can be plugged into your CPAP so that if the power ever goes out, it just kicks in automatically without you missing a breath. It can also be used as an independent power source for your CPAP. Depending on your pressure settings can last for about 2 nights if you turn off your humidifier.

With a DC adapter, you can charge the external battery, using a cigarette lighter outlet in your car. Respshop carries the solar panel to charge the Medistrom which folds up light and small for backpacking.
