I have tried both the dreamwear and resmed versions of this masks, the under the nose type without pillows. Honestly this is the first one that has not only sealed properly but also been comfortable to wear and I have not had to cut off circulation to my face to make it work. I know each person is different but for me I finally found a nasal cushion that works so I can get rid of the irritating pillows finally. I would recommend though getting the fit pack and testing it out, the only downside is you do not get the wide cushion with the fit pack but thankfully my nose is a medium.
