Swift FX Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask by ResMed
Flexible and compact, the ResMed Swift FX Nasal Pillow Mask helps you get your much-needed sleep every night. It’s so lightweight that you might even forget you have a mask on!
For a hassle-free bedtime routine, the silicone headgear with a fabric back strap features a minimalist, open-faced design and easy-to-operate two-point adjustment system.
The size and name indicators make the Swift FX easy to assemble, while the lock and key tabs allow for effortless side strap attachment.
Moving during sleep won’t affect the Swift FX mask seal. The 360° rotating elbow, Spring-Flex tubing, and dual-walled nasal pillow cushion lets you sleep comfortably in any position without fear of leaks.
Daily cleaning: cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
- Gently scrub the vent with a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water.
- Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight. Lay the headgear flat to dry.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
The headgear back strap on the Swift FX For Her is also shorter than the Swift FX headgear back strap.
The Bella Gray loops are unique in that they hook around the ears, unlike the standard headgear which wraps around the top and back of the head.
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your Swift FX according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.

Thanks for your help
This mask is great just leave your nose sore. Sometimes it blows air everywhere if you have on the wrong way but once it is on properly it works great
This is the best lightweight mask I've tried out there. Basic pillow and strap, nothing fancy or disruptive. Strap is sufficient and supple, don't get any irritation. The pillow is good too, it is comfortable and I'm able to sleep well.
I like the pillow too. It came with the small, medium, and large ones which are all the sizing options. I ended up using large but anyone else will have the luxury of picking the size they like. It’s comfortable and fits pretty well. I don’t totally forget that it’s there but it’s definitely not enough of a presence to affect my sleep. Leaked the first night but then I played with the fit of the mask and now it’s perfect.
Like I mentioned, the headgear was a big component for me since I didn’t want a million straps going all across my head. The Swift uses just straps, one in back and one on top. Both have ample adjustment and are lightweight, so I can get a consistently comfortable fit. The silicon doesn’t bother me at all since it comes with soft wraps to put over them, which I did right away.
Nasal pillow is excellent too, it fits well and holds a good seal. Haven’t leaked in these three months and I don’t wake up with nasal irritation. The package comes with all three sizes which is a must for me, since I like to try out as many possibilities as I can.
No complaints to speak of. It’s a very well-priced mask and I have no plans to switch masks ever again.

The inside of my nose burns it got uncomfortable during the night so I took it off
Also when side sleep it leaks air out I'm thinking I need to get something different
When set up with the large nose piece it was comfortable.
Over all I’m satisfied and wear it nightly.
Correct pillow size?
The cone tip is the only part that is inside your nose, and the rest stays outside.
Headgear too tight?
No humidification?
And they suggested I could use Ayr Saline Nasal Gel (can get it from Walgreens or any drugstores that has it) or lanolin cream - Lanisoh, Blistex Lip or Carmex Lip ointment to help reduce the soreness.
If all of the above failed, they suggested to consult your doctor or try a different mask, like a nasal or full face mask.
So I tried a different pillow size, and it works for me. Thanks guys. I gave 5 stars because your customer service rocks!
Hi Clay, If the pillow does not work we can send you the cushion that will go over the nose. That's what we love about this mask!
