Flexible and Lightweight Nasal CPAP Mask
The ResMed Swift FX Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear is a top of the line CPAP mask. A mask that is quiet, light, travel-friendly, and was designed for maximum comfort. You will notice how unobtrusive the headgear is.
It allows you to sleep in all positions, while the enhanced pillows provide you with a comfortable and secure fit. In fact, you can even adjust the headgear to fit your personal facial contours! This ResMed nasal pillow mask is easy to apply, making it one of the most convenient sleep apnea therapy masks on the market.
Keeping with the quality of all ResMed products CPAP users will be able to tell right away this mask is not like most. The Swift FX CPAP Nasal Pillow Mask is small and noninvasive with silicon headgear straps that are comfortable and cushioned so they won't rub against your face while you sleep. With narrow straps and frame not interfering with your line of sight, it offers you an unimpeded view while you have the mask on.
If you like watching TV in bed we have good news for you! The Swift FX does not obstruct vision while you are wearing it. It gives you a sense of freedom to fall asleep on your terms. In fact, it may even allow you to forget about your mask even while wearing it.
Our knowledgeable customer service also highly recommends its sister mask- The Swift FX Bella Gray - for an even more minimal design.
Comfortable Pillows Allow You to Sleep on Your Side
ResMed designed the Swift FX's nasal pillows with your comfort in mind. The pillows have dual-wall flaps that are both flexible and supportive. This means they give you a super soft fit. The Swift FX Nasal Pillow system is state of the art and extremely comfortable. This is thanks to its silky silicon design!
An outer wall will fit snugly on your face and the adjustable straps are built to accommodate tossing and turning. This allows the user to get a good night's sleep in whatever position they find most relaxing. Stomach and side sleepers will find this mask is a great option for them due to these design elements.
Nasal pillow cushions sized small, medium, and large are included.
Easy Fitting Headgear
Like the CPAP nose pillow mask itself, the headgear is easy to assemble and take off. Thanks to its streamlined design this mask adjusts fairly easy to the user. The Swift FX covers a wide fit range due to it's adjustable. Whether you have large features, small features, or anything in between, this mask is sure to adjust to you.
The silicone-based headgear has only two points of adjustment: an easy to operate buckle on top of your head, and a simple Velcro strap that rests near the back of your neck. Tightening or loosening the headgear takes just a second, so you'll be able to settle in for the night with minimal hassle. You can even adjust the mask and then slip it off in a moment’s notice for that late-night bathroom break!
Flexible Short Tube
A short tube connects securely to the mask. It can be easily disconnected from the main nasal mask by squeezing the silicon around it and gently pulling it out of its socket. This makes for easy cleaning as you can wash the tubing, rinse and just hang it up to dry!
Capable of rotating a full 365 degrees it accommodates for freedom of movement while the CPAP users sleeps. The accordion style tubing is made to flex easily and is quite lightweight. For those who toss and turn in their sleep this is a great feature to have on hand, so you do not get caught up in your tubing as you sleep.
The short tube connects to standard tubing, so to use this mask a CPAP user must have a standard tube connected to the mask first to be able to run their CPAP machine.

Will this mask fit faces of all sizes?
The Swift CPAP mask comes with small, medium, and large nasal pillows that will accommodate most faces. ResMed also makes a For Her model of the Swift FX that will fit petite facial structures.
How should I wash my mask?
At RespShop, we recommend that you wash your mask with light dish soap and a damp cloth. Distilled water is ideal but not necessary. We also recommend using a clear soap if you clean your CPAP equipment with a cleaning machine such as the So Clean or Sleep 8.
Does this Mask Work Well with Higher CPAP Air Pressures?
We do not recommend this mask for high-pressure use. This is because nasal pillows can make the pressure seem more intense.

This is the first mask I have owned that is comfortable to the point that I am not aware I am wearing it while sleeping. When and if I awake during the night, it is unobtrusive and allows me to fall back to sleep. I've been getting consistently good sleep since I bought it.
Works very well. Pleased with the entire order. Hope it lasts a long while due to the expense.
This is my very 1st I'm now a full month in
The inside of my nose burns it got uncomfortable during the night so I took it off
Also when side sleep it leaks air out I'm thinking I need to get something different
It came set up with a medium size nose piece; it hurt to wear it; same with the small size.
When set up with the large nose piece it was comfortable.
Over all Im satisfied and wear it nightly.
It's easy to get used to and stays on good, but it has made the inside of my nose raw. My Dr. just told me this morning that I most likely have it on too tight. If this does not work, I won't be able to wear this anymore as it's just too painful.
Hi Clay, If the pillow does not work we can send you the CUSHION that will go over the nose. That's what we love about this mask!

Best nasal pillow mask I've used. It stays in place and seals well.
Very comfortable fit. Helps to have the right nose pillows too.
Nice simple mask, easy to wear and easy to clean. very comfortable and quiet
Great mask. Fits well and is very quiet. My wife loves that.
This was my very first CPAP mask. I've tried several others over the years. Some I could only use a couple times.. I keep coming back to this one. The only downside for me is it has to be replaced every 6 months.
Fantastico! I love this mask!! I have struggled for years with CPAP compliance. As recently as last year, against every instinct in my being, I did something I swore I would never do: I gave up. I *quit* using my CPAP (as it turned out for 8 months) after 10 years of erratic use! On my annual visit to my sleep doc, a physician's assistant at Duke, I told her that this was for me, like the infamous General Custer, my "last stand." It was also going to be my last visit......*unless* I could get a mask that actually let me sleep without leaking or being grossly uncomfortable. I told her with every bit of honesty and candor that I had that I would throw that "blankety blank" machine into the river if I didn't find the next mask workable. She smiled, offered encouragement, and had me try this mask. It has changed my life! I am now a consistent CPAP user and devotee of this mask! Kudos to the inventor(s)/marketers and thank you! Life is good again!
I love the comfort and flexablity the noise level is great too
This thing is garbage. If you sleep on your back and are completely still it will probably work. If you sleep on your side don't even consider it. It constantly leaks if you are on your side and is very noisy when it leaks. You will be pissed off from waking up constantly through the night. The fit is very inconsistent. It's like you have to constantly adjust the strapping. The pillows wear out really fast too. The seal is good for only about 7 days. Then you'll be blowing in the wind.
I love this mask. If you are looking for a good mask, pick this up.
I have used a CPCP at 16cm pressure since 1991 and have not been a big fan of the Resmed products until now. The Swift FX is light, easy to clean and doesn't have uncomfortable buckles like previous models. I used a Willow headgear for many years but it has been discontinued. This product is comparable and I am very happy to have found it. The only thing I do not like is the hose is loose rather than attached and a restless sleeper can become tangled. I recommend this product, especially if you are or were a Willow user.
Having been a CPAP user since 1992, I have tried several types of CPAP masks from full face masks to several types of nasal masks to several types of nasal pillow masks. In my opinion and based on my experience using different types of CPAP masks, the Swift FX Nasal Pillow Mask has been one of the best. It is light, easy to adjust, and has provided me with one of the best quality of sleep. Highly recommend this even to new CPAP users.
I am an asian user. it is good fit, quiet and comfortable for me.
I found this mask pretty good. It is comfortable and quite impressed. It be durable than the new model.
I like this. It works for me. Over a year and no complaints.
I have been using these Swift TM FIX for 3 years and they are the best_ the problem is the blue elastic strap in the back get soft and they do not have replacement you have to complete gear.
I started using this mask, but somehow the nose gets sore in the morning, don't know what to do. I asked your customer service and they ran down the list for me to check:
Correct pillow size?
The cone tip is the only part that is inside your nose, and the rest stays outside.
Headgear too tight?
And they suggested I could use Ayr Saline Nasal Gel (can get it from Walgreens or any drugstores that has it) or lanolin cream - Lanisoh, Blistex Lip or Carmex Lip ointment to help reduce the soreness.
If all of the above failed, they suggested to consult your doctor or try a different mask, like a nasal or full face mask.
So I tried a different pillow size, and it works for me. Thanks guys. I gave 5 stars because your customer service rocks!
The softest nasal pillows I've ever had among my other nasal pillows masks. This Swift Fx mask is my number one choice. It is light in weight, it allows you read or watch TV with little obstruction, and it comes in three different sizes that you can try all on to see which is the best fit for you. My doctor said I needed size large, but I feel more comfy with size medium. It is good that the mask comes with three pillow sizes so you can try them all instead of using one of those sizing gauge templates, sometimes I don't really know if it works though; you need to try on the real thing. I could have tried this one earlier on then I wouldn't have so many nasal masks lying around. But I finally found the right one!
The ResMed Swift FX Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear is the best I've ever used. The nasal pillows come in small, medium, and large, so you're bound to find the perfect fit. I can lye in bed and watch TV with my eye glasses on, read, turn over and sleep on my side, and still, absolutely no leaks. Outstanding invention.
I feel very comfortable using the ResMed Swift TM FX Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask , no psychological pressure of the face, can also wear glasses for reading, even if sleep on my side and movement, it also does not leak, but when the pressure exceeds 10, there will be air leaks .
At first it seemed to work well, but after just a couple of nights I started having problems with it sealing on my right nostril, it kept leaking. I tried several adjustments, until it was just to tight and you wake up with marks on your cheeks. To bad as I really liked the design. So I am doing back to the Resmed Mirage Swift II. The real problem in all this is that you cannot return if you remove the unit from the plastic. And you can't try it without actually using it.
Wow. Best choice I made. Most comfortable, most quiet. Beats the nasal masks hands down. Used it for the first time last night. Never felt better.
