I’ve use several nasal pillow mask but the P10 is the best.

This was my first mask, bought with an AirMini, and I really like it. Essentially no weight or bulk, and it seals great. My pressure settings were 5-15 cm.
I put a small safety pin in the strap at the tightening buckle, because it felt like it loosened during the night while tossing and turning, and it would leak slightly. Key adjustment on the headgear was not too tight, just snug enough to avoid leaks, then pin that spot so it doesn't move.
A con has to do with using it on the AirMini. There's no AirMini humidifier tank (only a small cartridge that captures some exhaled humidity), and the P10 jets of air can feel drying to my sinuses, so I need a break & a switch to another mask after a few days of P10. However, for travel, this guy is super-compact and easy to clean.
Note: I felt starved for air at times, and got recommendations to tweak machine settings to increase EPR (3), to disable ramp, and to increase the low-end of autoset pressure (8-10 minimum). This helped much.

Liked more than face mask because they leave marks on my face for most of the day and nasal pillow only leave minimal marks. I use hostage tape to keep my mouth shut which I should leave on all day to keep my bottom from troublesome events 😊

I used the old Resmed Swift FX for years and it was okay for what it was but it was a bit bulkier than the P10. It had that silicone strap over the top of your head and a semi-stretch band around the back. The thick silicone straps across your cheeks left marks on your cheeks after a nights sleep. The new P10 elastic head band is so lightweight that you barely notice it's there and it's adjustable which is an improvement over the original P10 because the elastic will begin to stretch out over time. I've been using mine for about a year and only had to adjust it once for stretch. I'm guessing it will be good for a couple of years at least. Bottom line is, I love it.

The nasal pillow with the machine helped tremendously with my sleep apnea. Unfortunately I had to return my machine because my employer got new insurance with no coverage, so no machine. I’m pregnant and my husband says it’s gotten worse so I’m hoping to win a bundle : )
