Sync your AirCurve 11 ASV with the ResMed myAir app to enjoy tailored coaching and support.
Through the app, you can access interactive voice-guided instructions and videos to help you set up your BiPAP. You can even answer therapy-specific questions from the app’s Care Check-In feature.
Then, with your consent, Care Check-In shares your response with your provider to help them better support you.

The AirCurve 11 ASV is designed for users with central sleep apnea (CSA), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), mixed apneas or periodic breathing.* A sleep specialist will specify if an ASV is right for you.
*ASV therapy is not suitable for those with chronic, symptomatic heart failure (NYHA 2-4) with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤ 45%) and moderate to severe predominant central sleep apnea.
What tubing can I use with the AirCurve 11 ASV?
The AirCurve 11 ASV is compatible with the ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing as well as any non-heated tubing.
What filters are compatible with the AirCurve 11 ASV?
The AirCurve 11 ASV uses Air11 Disposable Filters and Air11 Hypoallergenic Filters. Only one type of filter can be used in the device at a time.
What pulse oximeter is compatible with the AirCurve 11 ASV?
The AirCurve 11 ASV is compatible with the NONIN WristOx2 Oximeter Model 3150 with BLE (sold separately). This finger pulse oximeter connects to the device via Bluetooth.
Can I use the AirCurve 11 ASV on a plane?
The AirCurve 11 ASV is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on and bringing a copy of the FAA compliance letter.
Please note that airline policies regarding in-flight CPAP/BiPAP use can vary. Always familiarize yourself with your airline’s on-board CPAP/BiPAP use policy prior to traveling.
How do I clean and maintain the AirCurve 11 ASV?
As needed: wipe the machine's exterior with a damp cloth.
Daily or every other day: empty the water chamber to prevent bacteria growth.
Weekly: clean the water tub, outlet connector and tubing
- Wash all parts with warm water (not exceeding 131°F/55°C) and mild soap.
- Rinse thoroughly under running water.
- Air dry away from direct sunlight.
The outlet connector and water tub (cleanable version) can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Can I use the AirCurve 11 ASV without the humidifier?
The AirCurve 11 ASV’s built-in humidifier cannot be physically removed. However, you can turn it off by setting the humidity level on the device to "Off."
You can also replace the water chamber with the Air11 Side Cover, which automatically disables the humidifier and makes the machine more compact.
How do I use oxygen with my AirCurve 11 ASV?
The AirCurve 11 ASV supports up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen. This video demonstrates how to add oxygen to your sleep apnea machine.
How can I track my sleep therapy progress?
You can track your therapy progress (AHI, usage time, mask leak) with the myAir app or directly on the machine under “My Sleep View”.
Is the myAir app required to use the AirCurve 11 ASV?
While the myAir app is a useful resource to help you adjust to and stay consistent with PAP therapy, it is not required to use the device.
Can the AirCurve 11 ASV send data to my doctor?
The AirCurve 11 ASV sends sleep data to your doctor via its built-in cellular modem. This lets your doctor monitor your therapy progress and adjust settings remotely. The AirCurve 11 ASV does not send data via Wi-Fi.
