Battery Last Longer! Philips Respironics SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Don't let oxygen therapy hold you back! The Philips Respironics SimplyGo Mini is the ultimate portable solution for maintaining your active lifestyle.
Weighing only 5 pounds (with the standard battery), this sleek and lightweight oxygen concentrator is designed for freedom. For even more freedom, carry the concentrator hands-free in the water-resistant SimplyGo Mini Backpack.
With two rechargeable lithium-ion battery options — Standard and Extended — you can choose the power source that works for you.
The Standard Battery delivers up to 4.5 hours of operation on setting 2, perfect for quick errands or outings.
Need extended power? The Extended Battery boosts your runtime to a whopping 9 hours (on setting 2), ideal for longer trips and adventures.
For ultimate convenience, the SimplyGo Mini works with AC and DC power. The included universal 120-240V AC power supply* lets you travel the world without worry, while the DC power supply plugs into your car's cigarette lighter, keeping you powered on the go.
*SimplyGo Mini concentrators manufactured before December 15th, 2021 will only work with the original AC adapter (model # 1116818). SimplyGo Mini concentrators manufactured after December 15th, 2021 use the newer AC adapter (model # 1141780).
How long can the SimplyGo Mini run continuously on battery power?
Refer to the chart below for battery runtime* on each setting.
Standard Battery (hrs) | Extended Battery (hrs) | |

Setting 1 | 6 | 12 |
Setting 2 | 4.5 | 9 |
Setting 3 | 3 | 6 |
Setting 4 | 2.25 | 4.5 |
Setting 5 | 2 | 4 |
*Battery runtimes are approximate values. Exact battery runtime is affected by a number of factors including operating temperature, battery age, altitude etc.
How much oxygen does the SimplyGo Mini generate on each setting?
Approximate oxygen flow at 20 breaths per minute:
Setting | Oxygen Flow (ml/breath) |
---|---|
1 | 11 ± 15% |

3 | 33 ± 15% |
4 | 44 ± 15% |
5 | 50 ± 15% |
Can I use the SimplyGo Mini on the plane?
The SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator is FAA-approved for in-flight use. While some airlines let you plug your portable oxygen concentrator into onboard electrical power, others require you to run your concentrator on battery.
We recommend contacting your airline at least 48 hours before your flight to inquire about their onboard oxygen use requirements. If onboard power is unavailable, be sure to bring enough batteries to cover at least 150% of your total flight time.
How long does it take to fully charge the SimplyGo Mini?
The charging time is up to 4 hours for the standard battery and up to 8 hours for the extended battery.
Can I use the SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator while sleeping?
Due to its pulse dose delivery system, the SimplyGo Mini is not recommended for use while sleeping.
A pulse dose concentrator delivers oxygen only when inhalation is detected (triggered). Since breathing tends to be shallower during sleep, there's a possibility the machine won't trigger properly.
Can I use the SimplyGo Mini Oxygen Concentrator with my sleep apnea machine?
The SimplyGo Mini should not be used with CPAP or BiPAP machines because it does not deliver a continuous flow of oxygen. Only continuous flow oxygen concentrators should be used to add oxygen to PAP therapy.
What length of nasal cannula can I use with the SimplyGo Mini?
The SimplyGo Mini is designed to be used with nasal cannulas up to 10 ft (3 m) in length.
How do I clean and maintain my SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator?
- SimplyGo Mini: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild household cleaner.
- Carrying case: The carrying case can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent solution. Alternatively, machine wash it with mild laundry detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Batteries: Store batteries in a cool, dry and well ventilated area below 70°F (21°C) with 40 to 50% charge. If you have multiple batteries, rotate their use and avoid leaving them unused for over 90 days at a time.
Can I use the SimplyGo Mini without the battery installed?
While the SimplyGo Mini can operate on AC and DC power, a battery should always be installed when the machine is running.
