What is the RespShop Payment Plan?

 

We carefully designed this program so you can pay over time for the medical supplies you need. We offer affordable monthly payments at a pace you choose – 6, 12, or 18 months – so you’re in control. From the beginning, you know how much you’ll pay and how long you’ll be paying. There is no credit check needed or any hidden fees.

 

Into how many months can I split the bill?

 

At the checkout page, you can choose to spread your payments out over 3, 6, or 10 months to pay for your purchase with manageable payments that work with your budget.

 

Do you collect interest?

 

We don’t charge any interest, prepayment fees, or down payment. You only need a Respshop customer account to manage your orders. 

 

How much is the Payment Plan processing fee?

 

The one-time payment plan processing fee amount is calculated based on your total order value (including shipping charges and sales tax). You will see the exact processing fee that applies to your purchase at the checkout page.

 

At checkout, we always show the total processing fee you’ll pay, and you will never be charged more than that. This way, you always know exactly what you’re getting into.

 

Credit Card Payment Hold

 

Why did you place a payment hold?

 

Since we don't collect a security deposit or down payment, we request a payment hold. Unlike a deposit, which you would pay and have it eventually refunded, the hold doesn't accrue interest but will gradually absorb up the available credit amount. This protocol is in place to prevent abandoned orders. 

 

Do I have to pay the payment hold amount?

 

No, you will see “pending" on your bank or credit statement. You will NOT need to pay the hold amount. You will only need to pay the monthly installment amount. Your hold amount will decrease progressively month after month within your chosen installment plan duration (3, 6, or 10 months). Thus, by your last month’s installment charge, your hold amount will have come down to $0.00.

 

Where can I view my balance and payment schedule?

 

  1. Sign in to your Respshop account
  2. Navigate to 'Your Orders'
  3. Select the order number to see the remaining balance and other details.

 

Can I use a debit card or FSA/HSA card to place orders?

 

No.

 

Can I change when my payments are due?

 

Unfortunately, we can’t change your due date each month or offer you more time to pay.

 

What happens if I make a late payment?

 

If you’re going to be late on a payment, please let us know as soon as possible. We don’t charge late fees. If an incomplete or late payment cannot be resolved, we may convert a part of your hold amount into an actual charge.

 

Can the payment plan apply to rental/S&S/compliance service orders?

 

Currently, none of the rental machine orders, Subscribe & Save Program, or Compliance Service orders can be checked out with the installment payment option.

 

Cancel/Return/Refund

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

If an order is canceled before it is shipped, we will refund the full payment amount. 

 

What if I want to make a return?

Is the Respshop Payment Plan processing fee returned to me when I issue a refund?

 

No, the processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
