This warranty is an addition to the included 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for the Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle Auto CPAP machines. The added Extended Warranty covers all of the same items covered under the manufacturer's initial warranty. Daily wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or water damage will nullify the warranty period.
Machines covered by this warranty include the SleepStyle Auto CPAP only.

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare warrants that Fisher & Paykel Healthcare CPAP units (excluding consumable items forming part of the CPAP delivery system), when used in accordance with the instructions for use, shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials and will perform in accordance with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s official published product specifications for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the end user.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse or abuse;
- failure to follow instructions for use;
- unsuitable physical or operating environment;
- failure caused by a product not supplied or manufactured by Fisher & Paykel Healthcare;
- other defects not related to materials or workmanship;
- failure to use original spare parts.
Warranty claims can only be made when accompanied by proof of purchase (ie. sales receipt).
If this warranty applies to a defective product, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare will, to the extent permitted by law, at its option, repair or replace the product or the defective material or part. If Fisher & Paykel Healthcare repairs or replaces any product, the warranty period for any product repaired or replaced does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
This warranty is your exclusive warranty. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare excludes all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranties the exclusion of which would contravene any law or cause any part of this warranty to be void.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare disclaims all liability for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to, loss of profits) arising out of the sale or use of this product.
This warranty does not exclude or limit the application of any provision of any law where to do so would contravene that law or cause any part of this warranty to be void.
Extended Warranty Policy
Extended Warranty options are available at the time of purchase and can be added after purchase. Must be purchased 30 days before the current 2-year warranty expires. You can buy a machine elsewhere in the US and purchase a warranty from Respshop.
Your machine must still be under the original manufacturer warranty and your service has never been declined or voided by the manufacturer or a service center.
1-year and 2-year extended warranty options will add to the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty period, giving you peace of mind for up to 3 or 4 years of coverage. Only a maximum of 2 years' extension can be added.
Extended Warranty does not cover Accidental or Physical Damage caused by drops, spills, or events that are not typical of CPAP therapy. Cannot be transferred to another party.
Extended Warranty covers Domestic Shipping back to you. Shipping the machine to us for an Extended Warranty diagnostic is the customer’s responsibility. International shipping is not covered.
