Subject: Best Customer Service All Year!!
I called Resp and got connected immediately to a person who actually KNEW STUFF!! My AirMini arrived within days, and cost less than anywhere else. I called back with a question, and the same lovely CS professional answered, the adapter I needed arrived in 2 days!! Thus experience renewed my badly shaken faith in our capitalist system.

I am interested in the refurbished AirMini. As far as I can tell the units have 1000-1700 hours on them. Is really the case? That is a lot of use. If so how many hours is the life expectancy of these units.

1000hrs is approximately 125 nights usage, or 4 months. Manufacturers advise you consider replacing all cpaps after 5 years of full time usage. Give us a call to assist you with your order. 866-936-3754
