Fitting Instructions
- Undo the Velcro at the top of the head
- Place the chin cup under the chin
- Close the Velcro on the top of the head, adjust the tightness as needed
- For added stability, attach the thinner support strap. Slide the support strap into the split section on the side of the chinstrap (only one side of the chinstrap has a split) and wrap it around the back of your head. The support strap should sit above your ears
- Adjust the support strap as needed

The Respironics Premium Chin Strap can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and line dried. However, we recommend hand washing your strap to extend its lifespan.

I received this chin strap, but have not been able to figure it out how to use the support strap in the back. Can someone share a video or steps on how to attach it to the head strap? Instructions with the product is pretty bad and I could not figure it out.
