The Fisher & Paykel Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask is as simple and easy to use as it looks. This lightweight nasal pillow CPAP mask is built for comfort with a unique inflatable AirPillow design. The AirPillow cushion offers a remarkable seal not only inside the nostrils but also around the nose.

If you're unsure about your size, the Brevida has you covered with nasal cushions in Extra Small-Small and Medium-Large. To make mask use even simpler, the Brevida uses VisiBlue - blue color coding - to highlight the point of connection.

AirPillow Cushion Seal
Unlike nasal cushions, which cup the nose, nasal pillows fit underneath and funnel air into your nose. Fisher & Paykel improved the nasal pillow design with the AirPillow cushion.

The AirPillow creates a one-of-a-kind seal with a triangular cushion that extends from the tip of the nose, down the sides, and over the upper lip. This unique shape creates a seal in and around the nose when the cushion inflates. Other nasal pillow masks seal directly in the nostrils, leaving the sides of the nose bare.

All-Size Cushions Included
Most CPAP masks on the market require you to use their sizing guides, and those can be confusing. Fisher & Paykel go against the grain by reducing confusion made by complicated sizing guides.

To accommodate most facial structures, the Brevida conveniently comes with two double-size AirPillows. One cushion is sized to fit Extra Small-Small and the other is sized to fit Medium-Large. You can try on the cushions in the comfort of your home and purchase replacement cushions in your best size.

Adjustable Headgear
The Brevida headgear is adjustable, durable, and lightweight. It consists of a soft, dual-strap band attached to thicker headgear straps that are connected to two plastic headgear clips. This headgear is easy to maintain and even easier to adjust.

The headgear is equipped with velcro tabs that loop through the clips for a secure and comfortable fit. Simply tighten or loosen the velcro tabs for a perfect seal that lasts all night.

Washable Diffuser
The washable diffuser reduces noise and gently directs air away from you and your bed partner. Its washable design makes it cost-effective and easy to maintain.

The diffuser can be removed from the front of the mask. Gently unclip the plastic diffuser piece from the elbow for weekly cleaning. Don't forget to clip it back on before using your CPAP or you'll be surprised at how loud your mask is.

Tips to Assemble the Brevida

Push the nasal pillow cushion into the opening in the middle of the mask frame. You will hear a click when the cushion is fully pushed in. Loop the ends of the headgear through the clips; close the loops by attaching the velcro to the headgear. Attach the headgear clips to the mask frame.

Now, snap the diffuser onto the mask elbow. Push the swivel onto the short tube and push your CPAP hose onto the swivel to connect the Brevida to your machine. Pair one end of the CPAP hose to the swivel and the other to the CPAP machine.

Tips to Disassemble the Brevida

Remove the headgear from the mask by unhooking the clips from the sides of the mask. Undo the velcro tabs on the headgear to remove the clips from the headgear. Detach the nasal pillow cushion from the mask frame and unclip the diffuser from the elbow. Finally, pull the swivel off the short tube.

The swivel can sometimes get stuck in the CPAP hose. If you cannot find your swivel after removing the Brevida from your CPAP hose, please check the inside of your CPAP hose.

Tips for Cleaning the Mask Components

For the Cushion, Short Tube, and Swivel – wash daily in warm water with mild soap. Do not soak the parts for more than 10 minutes. Rinse with running water until all soap residue is gone and allow the components to air dry away from direct sunlight.

Can I use the Brevida Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with all CPAP machines?
Yes, you can use the Brevida with all CPAP machines with the exception of the ResMed AirMini. The Brevida can be connected to all tubing with a standard 22mm connector cuff.

Will the Brevida Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask cover only my nose or nose and mouth?
The Brevida is a nasal pillow mask with a modified nasal pillow design. The AirPillow cushion seals in and around the nose. It does not cover the mouth.

Is the Pillow Cushion in the Brevida replaceable?
Yes, the pillow cushion is replaceable, and you can use a cushion of either size with the same mask frame. The headgear can be replaced, as well.

If I'm a side sleeper, can I use the Brevida?
Yes, the Brevida is a great choice for side sleepers who struggle with an air leak from the sides of the nose. The AirPillow is designed to minimize mask leaks from the sides.
