I have used Bipap for along time over 17yrs. This is only my 3rd machine. WOW have they come a long way! This DeVilbiss Intellipap AutoBilevel fits me beautifully. I only set the Delay and im off toe dreamland. I woke up tp check tto see if the machine was on several times the first night as it so QUIET!. My old machine was a noisy son of a gun! I also like the fact this has a software option so a Sleep Physician can look at my settings and make changes without a new Sleep study. Highly recommended!

You are right.. Portable and sound less. Even it fell down from height of one meter table but performance is good..

I bought this machine as a backup and travel machine for my Philips System one Auto Bilevel. I think it is a great machine. The algorithm is a bit different than the Philips, but not so much to cause any difference that I could notice. It is quiet, runs on batteries (great for camping) and has a smaller footprint. I tried it the first night I received it after setting it up and i had a great nights sleep. My normal AHI with the Philips is around 1 and the first night with the Devilbiss it was 2. This is still well below my target of 5 and I expect with a bit of setting adjustment It will go down. It has been said that this is not a good machine, and I strongly Disagree. If you are looking for a machine that is not as expensive as the Philips or the Resmed and you want something more portable, this is a good machine to buy.
I would recommend it.
