New Heated Tubing

The ClimateLineAir is the latest heated tube from ResMed. This heated tubing is compatible with their brand new line of AirSense 10 machines, which includes the AutoSet 10, the AutoSet 10 for her, the manual AirSense, and the AirSense Elite.

Heated Tubing

Most patients enjoy using heated CPAP tubes because these devices help to reduce CPAP side effects like rainout and drymouth. The warm air keeps the inflow of moisture smooth and allows you to sleep easier by ensuring that you get the most out of your humidifier.

New Tubes

The ClimateLineAir is the descendant of the ClimateLine tubes from ResMed's S9 series. These tubes are not compatible with S9 machines because they feature different prongs.

Lengthy Tubing with a Thin Hose Diameter

The ClimateLineAir extends several feet, allowing you to sleep far away from your machine. This is ideal for patients who dislike any noise created by the CPAP. The ClimateLineAir also comes with a 15 mm hose diameter, which is narrower than the 22 mm standard tube.

Key Features

  • Heated tubing helps prevent rainout
  • Long and slim tube convenient for all nightstands
  • Compatible with AirSense 10 devices only

Reviewers Tip:

The ClimateLineAir and the ClimateLine intended for ResMed's S9 CPAP machines are not compatible tubing options. The ClimateLineAir will only work with AirSense 10 devices.

AirSense 10 CPAP Machine Series from ResMed

Is the ClimateLineAir a 15 mm tube or a 22 mm tube?

15 mm.

Guidelines from ResMed for hose replacement:

CPAP mask tubing may develop small holes or tears, which can cause air leaks. If your tube is leaking, you may not be receiving your prescribed therapy setting from your CPAP. This can cause you to feel like you’re not sleeping as well.  Replace every 3 months.
